Back from tomorrow (8th Nov) The Fitbit Ionic will be back down the the price we saw over Black Friday. I'd personally prefer a bigger screen on a smart watch and I actually like the look of this one.

Covers more functions that the other Fitbits, so is pretty much the daddy. It supports contactless payments, so that you can pay like a Jedi.. much like Qui Gon Jinn did when buying his new motor

I don't think we've seen prices down this low, prior to Black Friday. There's bound to be people out there kicking themselves if this was on their shopping list and then they missed it.

You'll need to use code - IONIC249 tomorrow for this one.

Contactless support in the UK for this watch is pants. The one I got has a sort of unresponsive touch screen and the low frame rate menus make it look like the watch lags, I don't think the Fitbit Ionic app store has launched yet either.

The fitness tracking is excellent though and it's incredibly lightweight (think of those ancient Casios you had as a kid). The screen is stunning and so is the battery life. For notifications and whatnot this does the job but you can't reply with it.

If you want a fitness smartwatch then go for it but if you want a smartwatch for anything else then don't bother. Now if you want it for the appearance, definitely go for it, this is one awesome looking watch since it looks great in the renders but even better in real life.

This is like a total Samsung Gear 1st series rip, but worst it's so like 3yrs ago design wise.

another tech to make people think they are doing well in exercise. Just eat less processed food and exercise more.

Watch seems very pricey for what it is but I'm not an expert ,!!

I haven't forgiven Fitbit for killing off Pebble.

It's fugly. Looks cheap and not nice for 250 quid.

Pebble may have sold up, but Fitbit killed the brand.

I'm trying to decide between the HW2 and Gear S3, I don't have a Samsung phone, but the battery life is quite appealing compared to the HW2. The Ionic just looks a bit ugly?

Had the watch. Sent it back looks and feels cheap. Poor quality
