Seems a good deal if you do alot of calls with your landline. This price is for the 63Mbps package, the slower 36Mbps is £22. If you don't want a 12 month contract there is a £60 fee.

I know everyone has a different experience but just wanted to share that I've been had this exact package (except at the original price of £30) for over a year and I really cannot fault it.

Customer service has been good too - had a few hiccups with things like not receiving the free Sky Cinema and Entertainment passes that were part of the original deal, and they resolved these very promptly and compensated us too.

And I know this is more based on your local infrastructure, but the speed and reliability (even at peak times) are perfect for me, makes working from home a breeze!

From who?
Check downdetector.com - I've had a few fibre outages since I joined a couple of months ago. CS not the best.
£18 cheap bb and phone line and £80 back on Topcashback is a good deal, £12ish for the lot.
Can I buy bt sport as a separate thing to watch on this? With bt at the moment with free sport
Ring them up.

I’m an existing customer (harder to get a good price) and pay £22 for fibre, and got 6 months Cinema and Entertainment passes free.

Never had any service issues, and every time I’ve spoken to them the customer service has been great.

On TCB it says that you need to have the service for at least 6 months, hopefully you will get it soon.
This seems like a good deal. We are with Plusnet and the fibre broadband is slow and goes down so many times. My son goes mad especially when his gaming or doing his coursework. We are out of contract now so I really need to find another company. We live in South East London and I really don’t want to go with another company with slow speeds and outages. I considered TalkTalk but heard their customer service isn’t great, been with BT before and now they’re too expensive and put the prices up midway through contract. Been with Sky but not had their fibre BB. And ideally I only want a 12 month contract. Maybe this seems the best option. Is it easy to switch provider especially during lockdown?

It should be easy if no engineer visit is required. I believe the change done via software, so you should have little to no downtime during the switch.

Mine still says 12 weeks from early January
Looks like a great deal especially the £22 one as my line can only support around 45mb anyway (live in the sticks)(y)

Are you sure it is your broadband causing these issues and not how you connect, I.e. your Wi-Fi? Sorted out similar issues for my brother in law's family. Nothing wrong with their broadband just poor Wi-Fi. Resolved cheaply with powerline adapters.
Only a tiny thing that wouldn't bother most but they don't use direct debit - they take straight from your debit card
Only issue I had with these is the WiFi router is really weak even in a small flat. I had to install powerlines and WiFi extenders. I believe you can change the router but its not as simple and buying a new one and installing

I've got same problem, bt were charging me over double for speeds I couldn't even receive
Damn - We just signed up with them recently. We're still in the cooling off period to cancel, though I don't know if it is possible to cancel and sign up again through TCB (without losing internet!)
Had them for a few months and they've been great so far
Poor experience for me with NowTV BB. Router is terrible and they don't allow you to use your own. Going through a complaint about another issue right now and they're being very evasive and unhelpful, despite all the evidence.
This is interesting, I know its not fashionable but I still use my landline a lot for calling other landlines. I cant find the cost of the anytime calls without starting the booking process does anyone happen to know?

Anytime calls are normally £8pm, but they are currently a free addon.

It's £8. However in this deal anytime calls are included for 12 months.

I've used this package for 18 months and have no complaints. Have lived in this house 4.5yrs during which I've used BT, then SSE, then TalkTalk (all one year each) then Now Broadband for the past 18 months. The speed has been consistent with three of them but halved the whole year I was with TalkTalk, which is odd. I agree that the router looks/feels cheap and the signal is weaker than with the other three providers above, but I still get full speed in every room in the house plus sufficient signal in the adjacent garage and in the garden. I've not had any issues to resolve so can't comment on customer service.
I did this deal with TCB and never got the cashback. Everyone I recommended also didn’t get cashback.

Do you sit by the front door aswell🤪
Lol I tried not having the no inclusive calls as I have lots of time on my mobile but found I missed the landline. Also I generally find the call quality a bit better. Thanks for the clarification on the call cost

I’m not sure. Maybe you’re right. My son has to use cables to connect from the router box to his PS4 and even them the speed is low or cuts out. But I will try the power line cables. Would you be kind enough to recommend the one you used please? Thank you.

If he connects with cable already then the powerlines won't make and difference. Sorry. Only if he was connecting by Wi-Fi.
