My QuidCo last September didn't track right away but I submitted it to their CS and it did get accepted a few months later. Would suggest clearing all cookies before making the purchase, and a good idea to record the screen if you can to show that you did click through in case it doesn't track.
I cannot see the inclusive calls when I go through the process
No fibre in my area I can only get normal for £18 a month

I think inclusive calls is standard with NowTV broadband packages.
Hi I’ve looked at the deal confirmation email and it confirmed £8 was taken off for anytime calls offer.

Same in my area went for the standard with topcashback of £90 so will make it £10.50/month once cashback is paid.
TCB is now £70 for standard but £90 for fibre

Can’t see a Quidco Now tv BB link?
What router do you get with Now TV on the standard and fibre deals please folks ?
You get £90 for the fibre broadband with Topcashback
Is this, with Quidco, only available for new customers or can existing customers get it all with the chance for Quidco cashback?
My year with NOW is up thankfully. Got a similar deal last summer. Cashback tracked no problem. Found the router and the connection quality quite poor

That said, customer service was decent and when i phoned to give out about signal dropping in and out i picked up a couple of free months
Do they charge for a new phone line as im with virgin although there was a BT line previously.
Does anyone know if NowTV have a live chat? I don't have a landline, though there is a BT connection in the house. I'm wondering about the procedure for installation in such cases.

So you got it for £17 a month?
No. I signed up for my parents at £25 per month and the £70 cash back tracked within 10 mins which is when I posted the deal. Now broadband sent a confirmation e mail later stating that the normal cost is £44.99 per month normally but they credit you back £8 for all inclusive calls and £11.99 for fibre broadband for the first 12 months to give the cost of £25 a month for the first 12 months and then after £44.99 a month after.

They like to make it a bit complicated dont they.
Yes, probably so they can sting you if you stay with them after 12 months.

I was in the same boat as you last year. Now TV was the only provider I found that would install a new phone line (physically running a cable from the telephone pole to my house) free of charge.

I was with Virgin, they put a new line from the pole to my home for free. Had an old bt wire that was in bad shape, i did take out the line that ran down the side of my house so they could not put a join in.

So are you saying there is no way to keep your number once the 12 months is up and you want to move to a other provider? Could be a prob for my Gran if that is the case. I think I'll give them a go, can't be any worse than SSE or Voda at peak times.
Seems crazy that I can only get 55mb via my landline but 160mb via my EE mobile. Unfortunately the cost of data via 4G is prohibitive at the min
My deals up now.

What are they like on renewals? That's if I can get through to them.

I currently pay £20 a month with last summer's offer. I doubt they will offer that again?

Left NowTV after 12months as they could not offer anything better than the promotion deal was available during the sign-up.

Went with plus net 34mb fibre £21 with £70 pre paid MasterCard and kept existing number.
Nice thanks
Now tv upped my fibre to 54 mb all calls with 100 cash back £25 before cash back! Bargain! Thanks for being this to my attention op!

I was with Virgin for years and my BT cable was disconnected and coiled up in the garage when i joined Nowtv last year. They arranged for Openreach to come out, and i'm sure it was free, as that was one of the reasons i went with them, as other providers charge to reconnect you line.

From your experience. Mine has been very positive over the years I've been using them. That's why I moved away from Quidco, I found tcb more reliable.
Was thinking of going nowtv last month (£17.51) but decided to go with BT (£21.5). Hope it was worth it, so far no connection drop and good signal throughout the house
