Yep, just realised that, sorry.
I thought you were linking the £34.99 box.

Im confused, why not just put £24.99 in the title?

Sorry it took so much to confuse you, and i am actually really sorry i bothered posting at all with all the vote downs i am getting!
Seriously if someone can tell me where i can get a smart box with 4 months of movies for less than £30, tell me and i will go and buy it!!!

Can't be bothered with the extra two months for a fiver, but £25 for the box with two months movies is a good deal in my opinion.

No need to get defensive I am just trying to help. The box is £24.99 which I believe to be the cheapest yet. If you start adding stuff it looks more than it is. I would have stuck at the box and passes at £24.99

Exactly what i thought, but judging by the private messages and votes down, clearly i did something to offend this forums regulars!

So adding an "extra" that still made it £5 cheaper than any other deal on this site, was wrong????

Davey, this is a good deal in it's own right and I voted hot, but I do agree with UkTuRkEy, you could change this listing to £24.99 for the box and two months making it a cheaper deal and add the extra 2 months in the description, or have both in the title and cover both options.

The £5 deal was posted yesterday, if you would have just posted at £24.99 this would be hot in my opinion.

Something like "Now TV Smart Box +2 months movies - £24.99 Currys (or box +4 months movies £29.99 see description)" would cover both and appeal to all I would think. But this is your deal either way so your choice, no need for people to vote cold or send you abusive messages.

I have expired the deal and reported the thread to be removed as i don`t know how to do it myself.
Lesson has been learned, don`t bother trying to help.

I feel your pain. I posted the argos one and went down to -23 at one point. It's a good deal. Mine is pretty much the same as the tesco one yesterday, that hit the ceiling.

Its not the votes down, its the attitude of those telling me everything i have done wrong.
The idiots sending me private messages telling me what i did wrong.
Literally the first time i have ever posted a deal, and i will never even try again.

Heat from me!

Makes sense to me!

Thank you.
I honestly don`t know how any deals get posted here if everyone gets treated the same way.
I literally posted an idea to save an extra £5 off the best price i am yet to see on this site and i got nothing but aggro for my effort.
I am sure there are many good people here, infact i know there are, but its a shame the others have got nothing better to do than pick fault at what is still the best smart box deal i can see on here.

My deals get voted cold too, even though they are the best at the time of posting - view my examples here: hotukdeals.com/pro…bow

Many others' deals suffer the same fate as well.

Sometimes nobody even bothers to post a better deal or explain why they're voting cold. At least here you've had a better deal posted & lots of response & help (even via pm!), which is better than none.

Keep posting deals, let them be voted whatever - you have no control over that.

If it is truly a hot deal that the majority agree with, it will get voted hot.

At times, your deal may help just the one other person, which is worth it. So don't let the majority put you off.

Least of all, try not to take it personally or seriously - after all it's only a stupid deals site at the end of the day

Hope to see more deals from you in the future - perhaps do a little research, comparing prices, etc before posting.

If you'd just like some advice only, you can post your queries in the Ask section:

Without a doubt it is a lesson learned.
