Yes you still need an aerial. No line out either so you need to split the aerial if you want an aerial in your TV to use the freeview channels on your TV

Great deal - as goood as the QVC one yesterday really considering that you can get it send to a local Tesco and pick it up from there.

There was a load of similar deals in Asda, Monks Cross, York the other day, not quite as good but a variation...
3 months Entertainment, 2 Months Sky Cinema or 1 Month Sky Sports £24.99..

Not great, still now and next only. Still much better than the standard Now Tv box as at least these allow you to pause and rewind live TV which is great if the phone rings etc.

This is a different, newer smart box. Making this a much better deal.
This box is typically twice the price of the older box in your photos.

Expired. Sold Out.

You will need an HDMI connector on your TV to connect the Smart Box to, indoor aerial would be trial and error but if you get a good clear picture with your current set up there's a good chance it will work.

Thankyou all for the info

Glass someone asked about needing an aerial to get the freebies channels - please can anyone tell me if there is a way to get live tv through the internet onto our non-smart tvs?

If you have an appropriate device to connect to the non-Smart TV you might be able to use TV Player with it. It has a Free option and Plus option.

Hang fire until black friday, better deals may pop up. £20 for 6 months entertainment was standard last year.

For me, the
Now TV HD Digital Media Streamer Sky Entertainment 2 Month Pass for £12.50 (with 500 points) from Tesco
costs around £7.50 net (after the 500 point deduction off a future shop at Tesco). So 6 months currently costs £22.50, with 3 boxes valued at £3 each at CEX. The points are actually worth somewhat more (maybe double?), as you can use them at restaurants for food at four-times value.

The page on tesco website says this box can load netflix - First I have heard of it - not sure it is true. Can anybody confirm?

Check that the points have gone onto your clubcard before you leave the shop.

Back in stock now

if you pay with a Tesco Current Account debit card do you get extra Clubcard points? (eg. something like 40 instead of 20) if I buy online? or does that double-up only work in-store? (in addition to the 500 clubcard point bonus)

HI, I ordered one of these last night, just found out it won't be delivered till Tuesday, click and collect, local store, apparently Tesco have abandoned Next day click and collect 'due to they couldn't guarantee it'. Bit dubious and annoyed tbh, other stores are even same day for BF, etc.

Can anyone confirm that there's also avoucher inside for the sky store for rental or purchase of movies?
