I don't know what that means, however yes some will prefer JL but you have to factor in £2 C&C fee too so Currys does in fact work out cheaper.

Fair point. But webpage on JL has list of all stores with stock.
Silly question but will this allow 4K streaming of Sky Sports? I'm currently viewing via the PS4 app and the quality certainly isn't 4k.

Pretty sure you need the hd pass too for £3 per month but it only gives you 1080

I'd pay £2 to not shop at Curry's after they conned me out of £100 during their black Friday promotion
Does this have an ethernet socket?
Do we know if this supports Amazon Prime?

I'm not exactly sure what is 4k with this as entertainment and movies is only 720p unless you pay the £3 for hd (1080). Which in 2020 is a bit of a joke considering 1080 should be the standard now.
So does this not require any payment after the £26.99 to initialy buy? Or do you still need to pay a subscription
Thanks for posting; we have added this to the Highlights section

I agree. 720 is shocking to have as a standard setting

I’d like to know this too. We have an old hard drive recording box which we got after getting rid of Sky tv donkey’s years ago because of the cost. It used to self update the EPG programme listings for 7 days at a time. For a while now, the EPG needed to be manually updated and lately, it needs done daily as it just disappears at will. It’s the only way we have to make recordings if two programmes we watch clash in the schedules.
Would a NowTV box be an ideal replacement or is there something better that just records and doesn’t need a subscription? Our tv is an old Panasonic, one of the first type of “smart” tvs and it has built in Freesat signal.

Sounds like you need a Youview box, BT ones are good and available 2nd hand or you can buy others brand new. Normally give you the option via Web connection to watch programs from last 7 days by scrolling thru TV guide
