NowTV discounts for existing customers

For those existing customers I have a deal that won't always work but is worth a try.

1. Initiate a cancellation of the package
2. Answer the questions in the questionairre to reflect that it costs too much
3. A new offer may be shown to you , for example I have sky movies for £2.99 for 3 months.

This is very similar to the deal for sky customers in that it's essentially the same questionnaire.

Wait until the day before your bill just incase as not everyone gets offered a new deal and I don't want to be the reason for someone losing half a month of subscription.

Watch out however because I think they make you pay full price every now and again so you can qualify for further discounts

You are helping, it's a shame people vote cold without reading everything. I've tried various different options in the past and some don't offer a discount, the fact you have told us which options to press is a great help.

Now TV Sport £20.00 per month for 2 months (Existing Customers)
Now TV Sport month pass only £20 per Month for 2 months. As an existing entertainment pass user it wouldn't automatically work for me but I tried to buy one normally and entered the code AANOWA47D7…

ebay has 1 month entertinment £2 or 3 month £7.69

Ive seen box and 6 months for £16 several times a year, and box and 3 months for £10 even more often, and occasionally £6

How is this possibly stating the obvious ???? You need to cancel, select certain options on a questionnaire then hope they give a deal?

I suspect the offers may get better in the near future...
A couple of days ago NowTV forced an update to the boxes which prevents users 'sideloading' apps (such as Plex), and wipes any apps installed like that.
I suspect a LOT of users will be leaving as a result and looking for other solutions?! So maybe some better retention offers on the way!

I just cancelled my Cinema pass which expires in a couple of weeks. I answered all the questions, but wasn't offered any retention deals.

fantastic thanks op

Its called a retention deal, it changes all the time.
If you have paid for now tv before, you will still get sent many offers via email even if you turn down their retention deal.
You don`t get these emails if you have only ever used free offers on the account.

I have had now tv movies for about a year now and have only paid about £15 total.

and why not

Ebay seems to be the best place for now tv passes, including the sports packages. However I have just tried to cancel my entertainment package and it reduced to £3.50 for 4 months.
