Looks like the old box?

It's the newer box, but not the latest, more expensive 'freeview' box.

The old box is the white one, there is also a new smart box which you can connect an aerial to for freeview. If you don't have an aerial then I'm not sure what the point is of the smart box.

I am very impressed with my NowTV box .It was given to me free from a friend .I had to sign up but found a code on the internet .........£27 for 6 months viewing of the Entertainment package ,then £7.99 per month .Very fast ,no buffering .Lots of different programs , makes a change to the usual rubbish on normal TV.

Only worth it for the movies.

Got the smart box on black Friday for 20quid and it still in the box lol

Not a great deal, the box is not much use by itself. Wait for Argos to do the box with a 4 month pass for £19.99.

I trust that you found this amazing code on hukd, if otherwise, I hope you remembered to share

Was a Sky TV customer since the analogue days, finally fed up after no more 75% off deals, left them 2 months ago, went with NOW TV (I know owned by Sky!)and never looked back, so many cheap vouchers around, even get Sky Sports News for free as long as you have an active pass, and best of all, saved a packet!

The good thing is there aren't adverts. It drives me mad when I use the Sky app and you have 3 minutes of cack first.

For the smart features? We have a non-smart TV in the kitchen, and there isn't an aerial there either.

With the Now TV box we can watch all the catchup channels and Youtube etc.

I'm using NowTV for films over Christmas. Not being able to record is a nuisance but to add Sky Cinema for Christmas, Sky wanted me to sign up for a new 18 month contract, and pay an extra £10 per month!

If they did a deal to add Cinema for Christmas, or even for 2 or 3 months, without taking a new contract, I'd have gone for that.

£180 for 2 months use, and 16 months I wouldn't use it - no thanks, Sky!

I already had a NowTV box, so I just bought a voucher.

I will probably miss a few films only shown live because of no option to record them though.

I didn't get the free movies - had to pay £10 for the pass, but did get the box for free...

It was a link from a voucher site but took me to the NowTV website . They do a introductory offer for first timers , 40% of for 6 months working out at £27.26 . Good value , but it will resort to £7.99 per month after April.

Do I need a tv aerial for a now tv box?
I’m looking for a tv solution for a tv that has no option of a tv aeria, would this be it

To use Live TV, you'd need the more expensive smart box and a TV connection. Everything else is Internet.
