Answer the questionaire and you may be in with a chance of getting a free fridge/freezer. And at the end of the trial (2 years I think), you keep the fridge.

The site was overwhelmed with applications so they pulled the page and extended the offer, so as of date no one has received one as the draw hasn't taken place

jimbo is right, I remember now.

If this is an extension, is there any need to apply again if you applied before?

Its is done and dusted :-( missed the boat on that one

Worth a punt

Limited choice of models - not worth it unless you dont have something already. Even the fridge freezer is not frost free. I vote cold

Strange that it's an internet fridge but hasn't a feature like frostfree.

If this is an energy demand trial, and there are two similarly sized fridge/freezers on offer; one frost free and the other not frost free, then I would deduce that they want to have an extended trial to compare the electricity consumption of the two fridge types. Or am I being overly analytical?

no thanks

like this one....questionnaire written by an idiot

I confirm that I have Broadband and that I will maintain a broadband internet connection for 24 hours a day and I have a standard three point plug socket within 1 meter of my broadband router.

with a few commercial exceptions (eg gov orgs) it would be impossible for anyone to say yes to this question re: 24 hours a day bb connection

Thanks

Has anyone read te terms and conditions...... For eg. they can turn up without notice and you have to let them in otherwise they will stop the trial and charge you for the equipment.

I asked about this on MSE. My BB ison 24/7, however from time to time the ISP has problems and i have difficulty staying connected to the net. The last time this happened was a couple of weeks ago and service was very intermittent so does this count as a breach of contract?

Hope they handle the scheme better than they can spell...

well done.....yes unless they have more detail around this idiotic condition but based on the limited info then you would fail......its as stupid as Asda stores stating they open 24 hours, when they dont...oh hang on a minute..lol!!

so answer these:-
could the connection between you and the exchange ever fail or likely to fail - yes
could the exchange equipment fail - yes
could your equipment (router/modem/switch/etc) fail- yes

if yes to any one, you failed their t&c's
