Tempting...

Nubia are a sub-brand of ZTE who have made a few of my old phones (like the Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 I'm typing this on!).

I watched a couple of YouTube reviews. The N2 isn't a perfect phone by any means. It's going to be stuck on Android 6 forever, the volume rocker is on the wrong side and low light photos aren't great. However for £120 for the 64GB version, it's the same price as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 64GB and is better specced (screen & cameras).

Anyone got one of these who might comment?
Was looking at this ( and a few others) on Gearbest yesterday. I have £150 burning a hole in my pocket but can't choose between this and a few other phablets in the same price bracket. All have good points and the odd bad one. Will have to get a sheet of paper out and do my own comparisons.
I reckon the Xiaomi mi A1 is the best buy out of all of them . Not as well spec'd as some, but great build, android one and a proper dual camera which is probably one of the best cameras on a budget phone.

Imo, Others to consider are the maze alpha X and elephone s8.
Thanks Mabbs , will check them all out.
No firmware support in the future. Forget about it.

Same with umidigi S2 and pro which is a real shame. That's why I'm favouring xioami A1
Vernee X worth a look due to get Oreo in the next month or so apparently
I'm loving my ZTE Axon 7, purchased off a deal here.

If I remember correctly my first smartphone was an Orange San Francisco, that was made by ZTE.

Yes, me too. The rule of thumb is to checkout if the phone is well supported on XDA forum, lol.
UHANS max 2 is performing excellently. Had it for a few months now and would recommend it to anyone looking for a phablet

Spot on. If its well supported on XDA, manufacturers support is less important. Waiting for my Axon 7 to arrive too
