Unfortunately not. There's an update for the Chinese version and they released a slightly different Oreo version in India I think, but no idea if this will get it. Its the one downside really.
Tempted as I'm using the huawei p8 lite 2017 the low storage is annoying me but will get updated to 8.0. This has great specs and the much larger storage, but has the dated software in two minds.
The Nubia phones tend to get good feedback (only one I've used for any length of time was the Nubia Z7 Max - which I made a Deal for), I'm guessing this one has an English ROM on it like the one I had - think they're intended for the Chinese market only?

This definitely isn't your usual Chinese phone. Not many have 1080p AMOLED screens, also this has real dual cameras. So it can actually take proper bokeh effect pictures and not just create a circle in the middle of the screen, like most Chinese phones do.

Oooh if only it wasn't for outdated Android! Tempted by this because of the great battery life, but think I might stump up the £20 extra for the Mi A1
Might be a cracking phone for the price with a custom ROM on it, looks like Lineage 15 and others are available. Anyone tried this?
is oreo the be all and end all though? cant say i noticed much difference on my oneplus when it got 8. wife needs a new phone and this looks tempting

What do you think about this 5,2 screen version …What do you think about this 5,2 screen version https://www.geekbuying.com/item/ZTE-Nubia-Z17mini-5-2-Inch-4GB-64GB-Smartphone---Black-Gold-380292.html

Looks good, but I needed two so the M2 at £108.89 was the right price point on value for money and specs. Also I prefer a fingerprint reader on the front rather than the back, but that's purely a personal preference.
BTW anyone has it or ordered one, really love the design but not sure If I should move from my Xiaomi
