whats the fascination with these crappy hoovers??

Banned

They're great hoovers but that price is not particularly sharp - you can normally achieve £70 or so.

apparently, although they are pretty naff looking really, they have awesome suction and work really well

They are the builders' hoover of choice, very durable and work nicely without a bag to clear up building mess in houses etc.

Simple and effective hoovers.
Love mine.

Ordered thanks

best hoover i have owned that is all.

had my Henry for 5 years now, still going strong, would not buy any other one

awesome vacuum cleaner

They shouldnt put smiling faces on machines that suck. I prefer the pink 'Hettie' version.

I'm guessing you haven't used one before...
We've got the Harry (the "animal" version). Best vacuum cleaner we've owned (including dysons). As squillion said, used by builders but also you'll see professional cleaning services using this style of v/c made by Numatic. Quality bit of kit.

best hoover ever.

I've got hetty and I love her! By far the best vacuum cleaner I've owned!

Brilliant hoover. Best with the turbo brush add-on. Modern bags are solid and never rip. You can fill them to the brim with little reduction in suction. Mine last around 4 months in a good-sized house with children and pets. Heat added.

As temping as that hole might like, please be careful, last thing you need is an embarrassing hospital visit.

Henry should be fine, I don't think many people have a Danniella Westbrook fetish.

Good deal. Safer to use a vacuum with the right type of hepa filter (I think) for fine dust such as sawdust. Otherwise it may go through the vacuum and into the air.

brilliant hoover and great price. as for it being available for £70, I don't think so!

I could have sworn I posted that exact same thing in post 1

oh yes, I did but we overloaded their server and it broke

I can honestly say you dont know what you are on about, i run a cleaning business and employ 15 women what hoovers have they all got? either hetty or henry

It's not a Hoover.. it's a vacuum!

It's British made..

.. and thankfully it sucks a lot more than some of the trolls on here!

'Put your lighters in the air!'

get an emptyable hoover bag though. seems to add that little bit more suction

the newer henrys have extra power over the older ones too

Good hoovers, built to last and own one, but the suction on carpets is poor. only 240 air watts I why.
Took delivery of a Vax from the sale posted on here, and it has 320 air watts and beats henry hands down in all areas

British made. Fantastic vacuum cleaner. Fantastic price. These Henrys have a great numatic motor that go on forever even when abused. Not noisy either

and the vac in a few years will have no spares available, wiill be an obsolute model, Henry on the other hand will still be around with so many accessories and spares and good prices..Just look on Ebay

Bigger seller than dyson

How are you meant to empty the bags on these vacuums or do you just dispose of them once they are full ?and purchase a new one every time

Got the hetty tesco.com/dir…871 same vacuum different colour. I like these, solid, reliable, good price point. Using my 5 year old (perfectly good which I got for £70!) henry elsewhere and getting this model. Getting the zippable / re-usable bag too..

Got my old mum one of these and was disappointed to find out that the hose wasnt long enough for her to do the stairs while keeping the henry at the bottom. She has to move it upstairs to do the top half.
