Numatic and John Lewis have collaborated to bring you John numatic vacuum cleaner.

from what I can tell is that it is similar to the Henry but without the economy button.

comes with a Air turbo brush which normally sells for 30 pounds.

maybe not for everyone but for those who know, its the must have vacuum cleaner.

it has the same power rating as the henry 580W

Ordered thanks, hopefully John is equal to or better than Henry.

Great vacuum and a great price.

He has a twin, it would be cruel to split them up so you better buy them both

Looking at my 3 year old Henry which is 1000-1200watts, these may be a little weak in suction?

May be due to the new laws re. Maximum power for new vacuum cleaners.

Needs the price in the title.

As starring in the new Paddington movie, get a load of Mrs.Bird's cupboard!

Lool at the face. Imagine what's running through his mind.

They're notorious for daydreaming, you can see it in their eyes.... mine just sits there gathering dust

yeah probably although its 1,600 watts now and will go down to 900 watts in 2017 so still seems somewhat on the low side but maybe it's still enough for most people.

I bet it's something to do with Hettie.

Fantastic price - heat added - I have a Henry who I am proud to say has just turned 25 years old! He is still going strong, did have a slight panic where i thought I he was going to the Henry's in the sky but the poor little fella just needed a bit of TLC he is now very happy again.

These apparently use a new 580w motor that is more efficient than the old 1200w version.
The suction is 2000 mm h20 which compares to 2500 mm h2o on the old motor running at 1200w

Thanks

No hot for me, the price is around 80-110£

Hot was the Henry at Asda for £49, a couple months ago... here...

I'll just get my time machine...

Thanks op. ordered for upstairs so can keep Henry downstairs

So it sucks 20% less than the old model, oh well that sucks. You would think they could have make it 900watts meeting EU rules and then easily match the old model with the now new efficient motor.

The 580 meets the next EU change. Saves changing again.

I thought 900w was the lower limit indefinitely, oh well.

I have a 580w version and it definitely is not low on auction. Better than my DC19T2 I had before it.

Think I got mine for £100,excellent machine.

you dont have to change if you already own one lol. you mean they dont need to change the henry next time

great price!

2 year guarantee on these too where as I think when bought elsewhere as henry its only a year. You won't need it though as they tend to be very robust and capable of handling knocks easily. Only a month away from the sales though so perhaps it will get a further reduction then.

Avern Cleaning supplies does an excellent 2 year free collection repair and return warranty on all their Henry vacs. But this deal is still cheaper though.

Same here tempted to get this deal just to see if it's any good and then have a spare Henry upstairs.

Heat added from me thanks

One is camp purple and the other green with envy, id say they are a civil partnership...

does he like sweetcorn? lol

Cold from me, even with the new wattage guidelines the commercial Numatic cleaners have more clout. We got a couple of years ago the Numatic PSP-200A from Chemiclean, this used to be 600/1200W low/high operation. Replaced by the PSP-200B which is 780W, for £89 with 10 free Hepa Bags.

And you can name him yourself, ours is Cedric
