Deep relaxing heat
Effective soothing from abdominal cramps

How is the heat patch used?
The heat patch is applied directly to the inside of underwear, over the site of the pain

Yeah I guess so, whatever takes your fancy
The pound shop nails it again lol.
Hot water bottle works much better, with two paracetamol. I suppose these could have their place if youre at work though.
these can probably be used for backache too been using them last few days keep you nice and warm! you just stick them on your skin and they stay warm for 8 hours and relax the muscles. great deal off to buy some!!
Very often get these free when you purchase Nurofen plus capsules. Not very good for my backache though.
Were they reduced for the Christmas Period????
Surely they were always £1.00 in a shop called Poundland. I'd expect everything to be £1.00 otherwise the name of the shop is clearly intended to decieve us. Now if it was 50p I could see the bargain (50p being 50% of £1.00). It's a crazy world.
Ohh Good Find!
Try Having A Little Bit Of Chocolate
Even If It Doesn't Sooth The Pain

It's a crazy world that somebody as idiotic as you can have such a feeling of superiority whilst spouting such utter rubbish. The bargain is that the product is available in poundland for the obvious price of £1 and it costs more elsewhere.

Very funny, gave me a good laugh, thanks.
I think it sounds great my baby due soon and may help in early labour....and for a £1 - bargain (also can't be worse than a tens machine and that cost me £40!!!)
A bleeding good deal

These are a good deal..PERIOD !!
I'll be getting these for the missus; on my reckoning I'm in for about £45 a month, no? (3 patches a day for 30 days!)
