Grains are bad for you.
Look up why kellogs cornflakes were invented.

It's a religious thing.
And its not good!

Stay away from dairy also.

Basically a bowl of cornflakes is the worst thing you can ever eat for brekfast.

, f u kellogs.

Look it up. - ibeg you.

While your there, get some porridge oats and nuts in a blender! Pour out! Whack in some dates. Blend. Stir together in a huge bowl.
Stick all that mixture together with some coconut oil.

Tip that lot out into an oven tray /or dish with walls, £ whack in the fridge. Cut up when stuck together with a sharp knife.

You just got yourself some natural, healthy-fat and vitamin loaded protein bars, in about 10 minutes. Bish-bash-bosh. Pukka... & all that jazz.

Rant over.
Good night.

Great price for these but I do prefer the Aldi ones. The cake is much softer and they are tastier in my opinion.

"Coconut oil contains over 80% saturated fat. Some experts have linked saturated fats with cardiovascular and other diseases''. I think I'll stick to my grains and dairy! Thanks

I’m not sure what Kellogg’s did to you as a kid, but you need to let it go. Them drinking spoons were never made to last forever, it hurt me as well

Coconut oil is high in healthy saturated fats that have different effects than most other fats your diet.

If you want to think a bowl of grains are Good for you... I honestly dare you to go and Google why Kellogs flakes were invented,

and then you may feel silly at taking the time to try and snipe at my comment when i'm just trying to provide a healthy recipe and you're just trying to make someone feel bad.

I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad. According to NHS, there's no such thing as healthy saturated fats. It's UNsaturated fats which are beneficial to your health. I'm not saying Kellogg's ANYTHING is good for you. I just think my shredded wheat is way better than anything with coconut oil in it. You may disagree. Everyone is entitled to have an opinion.
PS. Oats ARE grains.

OK point taken.
Also oats are a pseudo grain. Same as quinoa.

Also please look up why corn flakes (or any Wheat based cereal for that matter) were invented. Its not good news,

Any wheat based cereal vs porridge is going to lose in nutritional value add some real honey and nuts to the porridge and you can't beat it alternatively bacon and eggs with some tomato, would be better than a wheat based cereal.

You have to look it up, I can't explain fully and also if I even tried, people will start shooting me down! Just look it up, I beg you

Can I have bacon & eggs delivered to my door 25 times over for £5.50?
All gone.

Yes. All you have to do is BE A FARMER - then it's on the doorstep and costs - pretty much nothing. I heard 40quid for a whole pig.!

Eggs are free.. Just buy one.. Incubate it, and see what happens.!
