Me too to be honest, CostCo have that model for £100 which is £20 cheaper than everywhere else:
costco.co.uk/vie…400

Not being funny, genuinely curious: would the extra 100w make that much difference?

There are youtube videos with the difference. i have the 1000w iq version which was on costco for £79.99 and probably will be again.

I doubt the 100w would make any difference.

not sure if the extra 100w makes a lot of difference, we have the 1000w version (bought from Costco), using daily, fantastic product. nutri bullet looks better, nutri ninja works better in my opinion.

When do you think it will beo n offer at Costco again?

Can i ask what the difference between this and the NutriBullet is as i am looking to get something like this

Probably not for a few months. It was 79.99 till about 3 days ago.

I got the 1000w one from costco for £79, fantastic machine use it daily - a friend has the bullet... comparison wise I'd say there the same, I personally think the Ninja looks much nicer on my counter (this was a factor as it'll always be on display/constant use)

While skimming the front page I thought this was a Ninja Turtle blender

So what do these expensive ones do different to, say, the Breville one for £20? Just a better motor that crushes stuff more easily?

They blend everything down to a drinkable liquid. Cheap blenders will leave lots of small bits making for an unpleasant experience. The key difference is creating a green smoothie you WANT to have every day.

My daily drink for anyone needing ideas:

Kale
Carrot
Celery
Cucumber
Banana
2xPineapple slices
Dessicated coconut
Peanut Butter
Frozen fruits
Milk

If the Ninja Turtles can fully retract into their shells, you can probably skim them across water.

Same price in John Lewis

How do the nutrients disappear?

And for those with American express cards, you get £10 credit back for spending over £70 though Amex Connect.

The pulp at the bottom of jug you end up throwing away is where you "lose" nutrients in a cheap blender. Unless you like chewing your smoothie.

How is using a 900 watt blender to liquidise perfectly good fruit and veg ever "green"?

It's not about extra 100w. Higher model have programs and different settings. Totally different blender.

Breville is a 300w crap which I sent back after two weeks. Not powerful and not as comfortable in every day use.

Hot from me, I had £38 worth nectar points so after those is was net £32. Cheers OP.
