I have one and love it but hey yeah I do have more money than sense, we're not all porpers, some people work hard and should be able to spend their money on whatever they want to without having idiotic trolls like you judging them.

It's a pity I didn't know before I spent £99.99 on one.

Man, so overpriced and people went for it because discounted. Have a look around first! Deferentially not worth even half that price!

The Nutri Ninja IQ is far better, I bought it when costco were selling it for £79.

It has a 1000W motor, a pulse function, normal blending mode, and two programmed blending functions.

So what exactly does this do which standard blenders don't?

That's only 250 watts. This Nutri bullet is 600 watts and well worth the extra money.
Ive owned one for over a year and nearly use it every day and its never let me down.
Well built and quality product.

So have you done at least a bit reasearch into it or just posted because you have nothing better to do? Have a look at 600W+ motor ones and you will quickly realise that the price wise it is right at the mark when they are on offer.

Sure their regular price is overpriced but when they are on offer they are right in the mark. Of course to top side of them is that they are tried and tested.

How would I know? I ordered NutriNinja 900W version and what is the difference between that and 250-300W ones - one significant - with NutriNinja I do a smoothie in less than 5 minutes and that includes taking out the ingredients. With the other one I had to put small amounts at time because once filled up it was just not doing nothing and it is actual experience not just because someone said so.

If you consider the fact that these days times is money and it is something that you can't get back you will quickly realise that if you actually plan on use it (rather than buy, play and let it gather dust) then it is great investment.

that one only has a 250w motor as compared to the ebay and nutribullets 600w motor

The selling point of this is that it has a 600w motor and doesn't break down or burn out like other blenders.

I have one linked in my post and it is working spot on. If you fill up to the edge, it will have a bit of problem to go through them, but if you check manual, those should not be filled more than 2/3 to allow easy mix of the content.
Also, even if I have to do the mix for 1 min longer or so, I don't mind having in mind I have £40 in my pocket because of it. I don't use it daily.

I have a nutri ninja ... Amazing

250w motor? you're living in a dream, buddy. you'll be lucky to whisk eggs with that...

that said, the nutri bullet is a bit pants compared to the nutri ninja and i'm sure that's selling at makro or costco for 65.00... and is it still on at currys for 69.99?

and, whether or not you believe that breaking down the fibres and releasing all the sugars by the same process is problematic, well, that's another question. just because the ad talks pseudo balls about the science bit doesn't necessarily make it a good thing, even if it IS true... and just remember that, until this year fruit juices were supposed to be good for everyone. now they're comparable to cola...

just sayin'.

call me Columbo this seems like self promotion.

You get what you pay for. I always used to buy cheap due to being on a budget, but I would never get the performance or quality that I wanted, so I would buy another and another, etc.

Now I would rather save and buy the best if I can and usually at discounted prices.

The Nutri bullet cannot be compared with a £30 250 watt blender, the cheap one will blend, but it will not be as smooth.

The Nutri Ninja is in another league compared to all others, it crushes ice with ease and blends a perfectly smooth smoothie.

If you drink smoothies regularly then it is worth every penny to have a perfect drink every time.
