What's the difference between Geforce Now and Android games?

Do I need to pay monthly to play on my Nvidia Shield Tv?

I just want to buy some games to have for the future, I don't want to pay any subscription.

Thanks
You can buy the games outright without any subscription, there is also some free games on android to do download.

Yes but which ones? The GeForce now or the android ones?
I’ve copied this from “stuff” website
“There are plenty of ways to play games on Nvidia Shield. There are free Android games like Crossy Road that have optional in-game purchases. There are premium Android games like Doom and Half-Life, which take advantage of the K1 processor and the Shield controller. You can also use GeForce Now, Nvidia’s cloud gaming service, either to buy games outright or subscribe for a months access to a library of older games like Tomb Raider and Saints Row 4”.
Hope it explains how it works

Thanks, almost! To play the GeForce Now games, do I need to have a GeForce graphic card in a laptop or computer?
You can stream games from laptop/pc if it has a nvidia graphics card but there are also games on GeForce now that you can stream through the shield from their cloud servers, this costs £7.49 a month unless you have bought the game.
