This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Not sure what used acceptable is in practical terms.

If you are on benefits then of course you will be buying new but if you have a job then budgets might not allow for that

I suppose that when you look at the second hand market for the Shield at the moment, this is no worse than your average auction site and as It's Amazon you can send it back if not satisfied.

You all know the specs by now but ...

  • Killer View - Movies, TV shows and games look unbelievably good with best-in-class 4K HDR or high-definition 1080p
  • Enjoy the smoothest streaming of hundreds of PC quality games with the next generation of GeForce
  • Get the most comprehensive search results of any streaming device with results from over 100 apps;60+ hour gaming battery life
  • SHIELD is 3X Faster than the nearest competitor so it delivers the snappiest, easy to use streaming experience
  • SHIELD delivers a complete entertainment experience, shipping with a remote as well as the SHIELD Game Controller
  • Google Cast Ready: Cast your favourite apps including BBC iPlayer, Netflix and YouTube straight to your Shield TV
  • OS : Android 7.0

New version with slightly updated SOC coming soon but if you need one now then might be worth a punt.

Also voted cold purely for the stupid comment !!

His comment is obviously sarcastic, a bit tongue in cheek. But also reflects the views of many.

It is a shame that in Britain we have a culture of judging a book by it's cover and slamming everyone on such benefits.

However a much greater epidemic is the bunch of keyboard justice warriors that can't comprehend any form of banter (that's you, incase you can't fathom the social aspects from this comment).

Kind Regards,

It's been like this for months, every time I've tried it's not available. Probably for the best I don't really need it!

So having a laugh at others less fortunate than yourselves is banter now.... Interesting...

Who said they're less fortunate? I've got loads of friends on benefits that milk the system and have fantastic lives.

It's actually less beneficial for some people to go to work, so I don't actually blame them for staying at home and claiming.

Again, you're branding an entire group as an extremity. Something an online troll does.

There's a happy median within benefits where good people have good lives. There's a lower extreme where people struggle and there's a higher extreme where people are rich from fraudulent claims.

But above all else, it's nothing to do with you and the deal should be voted on regarding it's worth and not your opinion of his write up.

Oh so just because you know people milking the system that means everyone is? Wow what a generalisation.
You do realise that you can work and claim benefits?

I wasn’t speaking specifically to you, just in general including the OP.

It’s something I often see forgotten in any benefits discussion.

It's bugged, but there are some used acceptable units available from time to time, the trick is to look for one with a delivery date.
I got a used acceptable one last month, some scratches but works perfectly, great little box.

At this point, I’d just keep an alert for Prime day

Not at all. I'm not someone who finds dehumanising people who need to claim benefits particularly amusing.

Making inappropriate jokes is completely fine. But it's all in the context. If I go to a Stanhope/Carr/Boyle comedy gig I know what I'll be getting. But when I'm browsing through deals and finding some "throwaway bantz" digging at a group of people it feels pretty effing sucky. I'm a white male who doesn't claim any benefits but that doesn't mean I won't call out sexism, racism and social-classism wherever I see it.
Think I paid about this last prime day brand new from Amazon - maybe wait and see what Prime Day offers.

And people working can't do the same? Working more than 1 job but lower hours lets you pay less if any NI, and then going self employed can easily allow you to pay less tax on deductibles and blatantly undelcare tax keeping it (off the books). I don't disagree with people milking the system on benefits but let's not pretend that people working don't do it either. Just pisses me off that just because people work they think they're moral authority. (I work also, for the record before anyone thinks I'm defending people on benefits for the sake of myself).
I'm glad I've had the experiance of working for the benefit system in the past, allowing me to see the perspective of both sides. It's really not all sunshine for a lot of people on benefits and I do find it sad that people like OP don't have the brainpower to see past their own simple view. Why can't people just think before putting out ridiculous comments..

It's out of stock with Amazon as the seller. I've also been waiting out for prime Day, but most likely to get 20% off warehouse deals than new discounted shield
