I’m sure this is amazing, however.. in my line of work I need a torch and quite honestly I can’t for the life of me justify why I would need one for £100
£100????
That's a lot of money for a torch. Can anyone shed some light as to why this is a deal?

Yes horses for courses although... still a good deal which this site is about of course, saving money on products of all descriptions I personally wouldn't spend £30,000 on a car but if someone posted one with £5,000 off deal it would still be hot

Lol shed some light well it is bright as all hell well made and rechargeable and the lumens it states to give out is factual unlike other manufacturers every product has different grades this manufacture is the rolls Royce of torches
15£ max
There are better/safer torches for the money imo!! So being a bit of a torch collector I visited the OLight retailer at the recent Game fair I can't remember which model in particular I asked to see but I wondered why the sales assistant kept swapping the torch from hand to hand while he demonstrated its build quality and power, I asked to see the torch a bit more closely asking could I feel the weight of it, he was reluctant to give it to me telling me its been on full power for a few minutes now so its likely it would be quite hot.....Hot!!!, the fking thing was roasting and barely able to hold, when I asked was this a design flaw and a danger.I was calmly told not really when it gets that hot you just turn it off!!!!!lol

tbf thats probably on full beam/turbo which are often like this or just automatically cut out to the next level down
if happens on the lower levels eg lvl 2 600lumens then thats different
I am sick that I AM tempted lol

3200 Lumens is 10 time brighter than my Lenser T7.2 with 320 Lumens at £40!
LED Lenser are rubbish in comparison.

But you can just get an Olight Warior or so for half the price when it drops in price.
I think it was around £50 before.

Or a Thrunite, Fenix etc.

Although my Thrunite fails to charge - it's the inbuilt charger that's the issue I think. So not impressed with that despite liking the rest.

So might try Olight or Fenix or one of the others.

LED Lenser use old tech, they're not in the same league. They're nice casual torch gifts I guess.

I had a led lender it fell out of my pocket from 3 feet up, broken lense now, I wouldn't buy another led lenser now
