Expires on 31/01/2020Posted 16th Oct 2019
Register your flight ( up to 2 flights) and free access to lounge for up to 4 people if flight gets delayed.

How it works:

Register your outbound and return flight details up until the time of your flight's scheduled departure, and if delayed, we'll send you an email with your complimentary airport lounge access vouchers.

Not alone? No worries, you’ll get access for you and three friends or family members travelling on the same flight.

Can be used once a month per customer.

Get an idiot to glue themselves onto your plane and you've got free airport lounge access.
Fantastic - worked for me this morning. Flight was delayed by 90minutes and lounge passes were sent straight through.
If there's a family of five, one of the kids is left outside! Lol

You have to top up £10 to get Priority. Also, O2 stores won't provide you free SIMs without top-up.
ahhhhhh darn lol, thats that idea out the window then
If anyone needs a spare code, I'm happy to trade for something else. PM me if interested
Did anybody get this offer to work? Registered last week for a Ryanair flight on Wednesday 9th October which was one hour late leaving due to a mechanical fault and never got the text message about the lounge which is supposed to be triggered automatically

Why is it a mistake, don't you need cover for both those flights?

yeah you only get 2 flights though (which was actually stated in the OPs description, i think i just missed it)

and my journey is 4 flights in total

UK-EU-ASIA

ASIA-EU-UK

if i could only have 2 i'd prob have chosen the EU-ASIA and ASIA-EU flights, but just found out that you get an allowance of 2 each month so come november i will cover the other 2 off
Any idea how long they will be running this offer for? Will it be a permanent thing like cafe nero, or is this just once off? Coz we are looking to go abroad sometime next year, but we haven't booked as yet.

Until January 2020 according to terms and conditions. It's probably on a 3 month trial period before O2 decide whether to extend or not.

That's an interesting idea but I guess it may need you to pre-register in advance.
But if someone is flying soon they can try and update here.

hmmmmm that is a good idea indeed.

didnt read through all the T&C's but i do remember seeing something about 2 hours maximum beforehand?

so you might have to put in the flight details 2 hours before the scheduled departure, which i guess if you looked early on in the day you might be able to find a flight which is already just been delayed and hence you quickly put the details in?

also do you think that the original flight details will be on the PDF? and they will match up with your boarding pass. or if they have a valid-from date on the PDF cause maybe you can do it the day before if there isnt any 'valid from' dates on it lol

Most lounge ask for Boarding pass. Not sure if they will need in addition to text message

Can you not put any delayed flight details in for free access ?

Won't work as it records the current scheduled flight times at the point of registration, It monitors the flight for changes of over 1 hour.
This is HUKD, someone always comes up with a way to bypass the system, my flight isnt until Dec, soooooo if anybody finds a way 😁

As I said, when you enter the flight number it records the current departure time (if it's already delayed it will record the delayed time) unless that time changes again by another hour you will get zilch.

It's a foolproof system unless you can somehow know a flight delay will be announced before the official schedules get updated.
