Are Volt benefits and 02 rewards the same ? ive been with them since November and havent really looked to much into it even though i have got the 02 App on my phone.If not there is that you might want to have a look at.My Volt notification only came a couple of weeks ago and i have had a chance to see if my BB has been doubled,But as ive posted before im not bothered as the speed i signed up for is more than enough that that is only about 100.

I have got double data on O2 previously, does this now only apply if you have Virgin Media? My contract expires in 1st March with O2, we don’t have access to Virgin Media where I live.

No nothing on Virgins side.
I'm with Virgin and recently changed SIM to o2. Took around 12 days to get double data and speed boost. O2 text me to say I had my volt benefits applied but nothing from Virgin. Happened to check the other day and my BB had moved up a tier.
