Does anybody know if Volt applies to all broadband speeds? I have 500mb but Gig1 is available in my area - would they put me up to that if got this?
Yes, I currently have Gig1 on a 500mb plan due to Volt.

Gone for it, being a Virgin media customer already makes it a no brainer really with the VOLT boost. Had a nightmare with EE in Tenerife last month, constant network drop outs right from getting off the plane to going home (while my mate had a solid 5G connection with O2 throughout).

Thanks for the heads up on this deal mate (edited)
Got my volt benefits added by going on live chat.

    Signal terrible everywhere

    BS. My signal is excellent

Worth it for O2’s roaming plan alone. I was with GiffGaff (so same signal which I knew was good in my area already) and switched after they slashed mobile data abroad to around 3GB. Was paying £10 a month but got more for £8 a month with O2

I moved back to O2 in March (after being with 3 for 9 years) through my VM Deal……WORST THING I DID!

The signal is poor EVERYWHERE! God knows how they can be as being around for years…..

3 was MILES better and MILES cheaper!
I'm the same. Switched to O2 earlier this year and although the call signal is good everywhere (this was a bit shaky at home with 3) the data speeds are utterly atrocious. I'm talking 1.7 Mbps in the middle of a large town. The best bit is when you go on signal checker it says "there is known to be congestion in this area. We advise you to try and connect to local wi-fi hotspots or download anything you need on WiFi". What a joke! (edited)

    Horrible rubbish crap network!!

Signal drops alot so unable to make calls or use Internet.

Internet speeds are dire and doesn't really work alot of the time when out of the house.

Wouldn't reccomend at all. Will leave when contract ends even with volt benefits not worth it with how poor the network is and how poor the CS is.

Was with o2 then I went to EE. EE was charging me 5G prices for 4G speeds (100mb/s) cap. If I’m going to get 4G speeds i would like to pay for 4G prices with the occasional 5G bump. So o2 was a no brainer.

Well can't say I wasn't warned about O2 speeds, absolutely horrific and lost signal twice. Number has been ported today from EE as well and my account closed

Hello and sorry for the stupid questions, how does the multisave work? Can I get multi save for me, wife and my daughter?

We are all currently with o2 already (edited)
