wasn't O2 doing 100GB simo for £20?

When?

Been going for a while and you also pick a perk for 6 months, like Disney+ Sub. Changed myself on Sunday to the 100gb offer.

I currently have a phone contract with O2 which is ending this month. Do they offer sim only deals like this as an upgrade.
Or do I have to cancel the current contract when it ends, and then take this as a new contract .

I just told them I'd seen the 100gb deal and was there any loyalty discount they could apply as been with them about 7 years. First they said no so I asked for my PAC code. They then put me through to retentions who magically were able to add a loyalty discount. Always make sure you get through to retentions as they are the ones able to apply discounts to keep you with them. Even if they do give you your PAC code, if you don't use it in 30 days nothing happens with your current contract and will guarantee that they will contact you within that 30 day period to see if they can tempt you to stay anyway. Always worth a try

Similar for me but when i asked for the discount they just gave it to me. I was disappointed by the £3 discount as usually its £5 was i thought i'd be getting a real good deal until that point. Unfortunately though, like a fool, i upgraded before they increase the price due to inflation so i pay an extra 50p than i needed to. I've not paid more £21.80 for any O2 sim only contract since 2009 due to asking for a loyalty discount.
