Included

  • Daily offers with Priority
  • Free O2 Wifi
  • Europe Zone Roaming in 49 destinations.

How do I get Disney+?
If you’re joining O2 or upgrading, you can choose Disney+ as your included Extra when completing your order online, in store or over the phone. If you’re already an O2 customer and you’re not ready to upgrade yet, you can add Disney+ as a paid Extra to your monthly bill – just go to My O2 or call us on 202 from your O2 mobile to get it added. You can get our Disney+ offer in My O2 by going to the ‘Offers’ or ‘Extras’ section.

How do I get the £2 bill credit?

When you sign up for the Disney+ paid Extra, we’ll send you a link to activate it. As soon as you’ve done that, we’ll add the £2 monthly discount to your airtime plan. If you add it part-way through a billing month, both the £5.99 monthly cost of the Disney+ Extra and the £2 discount will be added on a pro-rata basis.

How many streams can I view at the same time?

You can stream Disney+ content on up to four devices at once. Downloaded content doesn’t count towards this total.

Can you have family accounts/multiple profiles on Disney+?

Yes, you can create up to seven profiles per Disney+ account, so everyone in the family can personalise their viewing experience.

Can I download films on my mobile device to watch offline?

Downloads are great for watching Disney+ when you’re on the go. You can playback downloaded content without an Internet connection.

You can download Disney+ content on up to ten phones or tablets using Apple or Android.

Can I watch Disney+ abroad?

When you’re abroad, you can watch any downloaded content in offline mode. If you’re online in a location where Disney+ is available, you’ll also able to watch any available content in that region. If Disney+ isn’t available where you are, you won’t be able to stream from Disney+, but you’ll be still be able to watch your downloaded content in offline mode.

Each year, your Pay Monthly sim only tariff will be adjusted on your April bill by the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation announced in the preceding February. Find out more at o2.co.uk/prices.

There is one rule in UK regarding mobile phone networks, Three has the best deals, but worst network and signal quality. If your work depend on your phone and if you require good coverage and signal, look elswhere. But if you want the cheapest - go with Three. FYI their 12GB for £8 plus cashback deal ends today

I got 6 months Disney+
£10 a month is a reasonable deal for a 10GB of data on a major network like O2, but hardly market leading.

However an 18 month contract for SIM Only contacts is completely unacceptable, in my view. Especially with all the other amazing deals in recent months available.

Longer terms are inevitable, sadly. We've seen the transition of broadband to 24 months and I suspect sim only will likely follow the same trend.

Let's just hope for the longer terms better value is offered as a result.

No. Of course unless you change tariff, leave or upgrade. Subject to yearly RPI

if your out of contract, see what their retentions team can do. They gave me a 20% discount on a £20 tariff. I didnt even push the subject.
Happy with 18 months 10gb at that price and with o2 network.
12 months comes round way too soon to be faffing with a network for a discount

Thanks op- heat added

Yes, it will rise by a few pence.
Just so you know with O2 even though you're in an 18 month contract you can change it at any time. If you want to change to a phone contract at any time, you can do so. If you want to change to a 12 month SIM contract, you can do so. If you want to change to a 30 day SIM contract, you can do so. I change my SIM contract maybe every two months when a better deal shows up. There are no charges or early upgrade fees for doing this.
Thanks OP, just changed mine
If you don't want a contract, they're still offering 15gb data, unlimited calls/texts for £10 a month with £10 bonus credit. Deal is for 3 months only.
Switched to it myself - appalling CS so far, but at least it's cheap.

I doubt you can change from 12/18 months to 30 days?

You 100% can. An easy was to prove it is to go into your account if you have a sim only, try to "upgrade" to a 30 day and look at the price, there's no extra cost to change.

12 months if you go via uSwitch but need to investigate whether you get Disney+.

40899092-Fbidv.jpgI went to sim only mid May with O2 for this tariff and got the 6 months free Disney. I know is £2 more than deal in the OP but its more data and only a 12 mth contract.

Have u got a link for this please?
Just saved myself £93 thanks poster!
If only this was 5G...
Moved to O2 this week - £10 for 5gb.

Just "upgraded" to this deal (not worried about the 18 months contract).

Thanks OP.

Also worth mentioning that if you are an existing o2 sim only monthly customer and are are + 3 months into your contract, you can upgrade now into another 12 months with extra data, Disney and a cheaper monthly fee

I just went from 20GB a month for £21, to 50GB and Disney Plus for £20!

Is there a way to cancel my virgin sim only which is until November?. The signal at work place is almost none. O2 has some signal there
does this definitely include roaming? Some other tariffs show it as 'included' but this one doesn't, so I'm assuming it's not...?
