What is a CD??
The band that produced so many riffs. Unfortunately The Beatles did them first.

Agreed, although Noel is still a great songwriter and for the time they were good.
Just a shame that Liam is such a w4nk3r!
Don't believe the truth is superb. My favourite Oasis album. Buy it.

Can you name any moments that actually were straight Beatles rip-offs?

well maybe not the beatles as a band but supersonic is very close to george harrissons "my sweet lord" but im pretty sure "cigarettes and alcohol" is t-rex's "get it on" Still Oasis were the best band ever and these albums are a bargain

Not even Noel Gallagher thinks Be Here Now is great X)
rip off is the wrong word. all bands borrow riffs, there are only 7 main chords

in terms of back catalogue, oasis are right up there with the beatles in the best bands ever

and be here now is only considered not great when held up against their first two albums. up against other bands and its brilliant!

My Sweet Lord was a rip-off of the Chiffons "He's So Fine"
Blur were better.
Cold - £1.27 too expensive!

Still, infinitely more value than "Standing On the Shoulders of Giants". That song Little James is pathetic.
Hands down the worst band I've ever seen live.

Agreed, but then it is written by Liam. Noel said in an interview at the time referring to the tracks Liam wrote on that album "You'll know what ones Liam wrote, they're the cr#p ones"

give over they well known for being good live I watched them in 2000 when nobody liked them anymore and wembley was still rocking 90000 people that were mad for it, I got covered in p**s from people behind slashing in the plastic beer cups and slinging them but it was still best gig iv been to
