All gone. Deal ended.
Gosh, that didn't last long!
Bit of a rip off, last time this came up I ended up paying £3.39 for a new bluetooth one on eBay that does the majority of ODB2 functions. It comes with the same software this thing will have as they are all about the same in this price range.
Search eBay for "ELM327 V2.1"
They are all the same, I got mine for.about 3 quid in eBay some time back.
To be honest they are.very basic and depending on your car may not tell you anything much at all.
But its an ok punt for a few quid.
Can anyone suggest an OBDII scanner which will give you full diagnostic information for most of the cars? I can't find scanners for Japanese cars such as Nissan or Toyota
Japanese cars typically do not give much information if anything at all on these units. You will need to go on specialist diagnostics suppliers or dealers.

This is sensible advice: the same is true of German and French cars... and Swedish ones as well.

To be honest Audi and vw give decent information on these , but not great for mercs. Don't know about BMW, I would imagine same as mercedes. However with VW/Audi group cars for little money you can use software like VAGCOM and it's the cats danglies.
There are others software/ hardware providers but I have only used VCDS VAGCOM.
I use torque with my generic elm327 Bluetooth adapter and it's fine. It the car is sharing the information, it will display it.
Again to reiterate even best case scenario is that it provides basic data, but sometimes that's all you need.
Then can clear the error code and see if it's a recurring code and if you fixed it!.
