My personal experience was similar, the forums were insular at best and downright aggressive at times - assuming your post wasn't deleted for disagreeing with them. Not used them in years though due to some terrible dealings with their CS over faulty products.

It's only the new dual pack that doesn't include. This bundle is the headset pack and controllers seperate.
