Was looking to pick up a few bits and noticed these yesterday. Tried it today, it's lovely. I literally could taste test this with top brands (which they had as single cans on the next shelf down).

Three tins for a pound, means finally I've found something diet friendly that's not expensive! (Diets are so expensive!)

I heard flakes are just the remnant scum left in the machine after making the chunks that even the tuna factory's cleaner's cat turns down.

You need chunks not flakes as these soak up too much brine, hence they taste and smell like a brothel near Grimsby docks.

i dont think this is fishy at all im hot

Only chunks for me, just mush in a tin, I'd rather meaty chunks. When you buy a value Tuna sandwich, they'll use flakes in mayonnaise and it's just mess minced up on bread!

In all fairness this stuff does taste a little bland, it is cheap protein though all the same.

You heard wrong, these come from the tuna that suffer from dandruff!

How many grams are those tins?

Flakes taste like **** mixed with ****, would never go near these.

Flakes could never taste nice.

Sorry, even the cat won't eat this brand.

been this price for years - you might get away with putting it in a tuna pasta bake but eating it directly wont be a pleasant experience

Good Lord OP, I'd get in with a GP as soon as you can if you really think this cr*p in a can is as good as real Tuna.

Treat yourself, these are quality and you get 4 full size tins per pack of 4. Better taste than big branded tuna

Eeesh! Seems I woke the sleeping (tuna) monster!

I really should have spent more time on the OP.

I use Tuna at the moment with Mega Uber Super Light Mayo for my jacket potatoes (with Sweetcorn).

So rather than a pound a tun (like Mr Northern Dave pointed out), I tried these for the gigs - and was surprised that it tastes just as nice. Yes, theres no big fillet chunks of tuna to chew through, but its got the taste, its got the consistency - was just really nice.

Lots of people saying they taste gross and that not even cats will eat them. Sounds like a challenge!
Both my cat Megatron and myself will eat these and report back.
