I was going to lend you mine to try out, but now I’m having second thoughts

Try it from Amazon, you have until the end of January to return it.
For anyone who wishes to do any VR gaming I'd highly recommend a Quest over the Go.

If you're purchasing purely for watching media then the Go is the best bang for your buck.

Returns for online purchases aren't so you can try before you buy.
Fyi, the 32GB is £149 currently if you're after a cheap option.
oculus.com/go/

Agreed what earlier comment said, only get this if you're just consuming media, 360 videos/photos etc.

Proper standalone VR (games etc) it's the Oculus Quest you want.
As a complete noob to VR, I understand there are 2 levels (Go & Quest), but what exactly can I use these for? Do I need a PC, Laptop?

I just bought a quest - you need a phone to set up, but then it's totally wireless, nothing else required.

Hi Adam, I'm still lost. What can I do with it exactly? Stream movies from phone?
