Good for a netbook, but even the most frugal of data users will probably struggle with around 30GB after formatting.

This is slower performance than most hard-disks, so it is more the worst of all worlds (small capacity and lower performance), the only benefit is the shock resistance of the solid state drive. Also 32GB is not alot of space nowdays for an OS install or for many apps.

Pay twice the price and get a 60GB Corsair or similar make that has blistering performance.

this is alot faster than mechanicals as a boot drive which given the capacity is the likeliest use.
not sure but the jump up to a c300 from this maybe wouldnt be as big as compared the onyx from mechanical for the same money (upgrade money wise).

So, can this be used to install windows 7 on so it will load quickly, whilst using my 1TB internal desktop HD for my files, and folders, etc?

Yes mate this is ideal for that.

Super saver delivery was coming up free for me when I posted the offer, just checked again and it's now showing super saver delivery to be £2.98 bringing the total to £43.96. I've now ammended the price in the OP.

Here's hoping Ebuyer won't change the postage rates again unless it's to put it back to free. Thanks for the heads up brilly.
