I would never buy anything again from purely gadgets. Took them over a year to refund me for a Fuji DSLR camera I bought from them that was faulty within 24 hours after delivery.

I kept the emails as they were quite hilarious. The con tricks they tried to pull to get out of it. Agreeing 1 minute that the camera was faulty and that it would be best to get a new one rather than a repair as the repair would cost too much. Then saying they never got the camera back after I posted.

Then there were missing items (when I proved It was sent back special delivery with a signature from someone that worked at purely gadgets having accepted the parcel, to there now being nothing wrong with the camera after all when I refused the Camera they were offering me cos it was a lower spec camera than the one I had bought and they wanted me to pay an extra £100 (them thinking I was dumb enough to not have written down and photographed box with serial number clearly showing)

Avoid if you want to keep your sanity.
