My sister-in-law, husband and 2 kids watched Captain Marvel for £35:

The food they got would have cost ~£25, seems like a pretty good deal?

Tickets on their own individually would have been £52.

Didn't see this specific deal posted in any of the other cinema-related posts.

Offer applies to standard 2D tickets and you can select five of the following items in any combination, choose from: medium dispensed soft drink; SMART water 850ml; medium popcorn; Kids Mix ; classic hot dog; regular pick & mix cup; bag of sweets; 50g candy floss or one ice cream from Ben & Jerry’s S’wich range.

Which cinema is this with their hefty ticket prices? Odeon tickets are as cheap as £5.75 up North where I live.
Also cinema confectionary and food prices are an absolute rip off. They have no problems you bringing in your own food... which most people do nowadays.

Vue, Premier & Cineworld are £4 for us, any movie, anytime.

Odeon are £9+

£35 even with snacks is way too expensive for us - and if it's a Family ticket, then it's not even 4 adults!

£5.75? That's like the 90s down south.
Vue is only £5 each so this deal is cold as the North Pole
Yep - this was at the Epsom Odeon!

I live in Lincoln where there’s not much competition. Odeon here is like 12.50 or around that per ticket! I go cinema maybe 3 times a year because of this! I used to live in Birmingham where amc was as cheap as 3.50!
Very expensive in Salisbury too as no competition and it's an historic building so I guess we pay towards the upkeep. Thank goodness for the Vodafone offer that's currently running!
