ODEON Limitless is launching on 5th March.

Just had an email from ODEON saying if you register your interest before 2nd March and then sign up before 11th March you will get a £15 odeon gift card.

Not sure how much Limitless will be each month, but looks like it will rival Cineworld's Unlimited

Just updated - here is the link to register your interest. They will then email you on 3rd March with details
Not a deal. No price.
it's not really free is it, you're going to pay the yearly fee for their limitless service and THEN get the gift card

£18 a month..

Far too expensive in my opinion.. My local Odeon charges £4 a ticket, so even seeing a movie every single week, I'd still be losing money..
My local odeon is over £10 a ticket - would make a big difference if I was to see a film a week, thanks OP - hope all the negative people don't put you off posting other stuff!

Odeon havn't announced pricing yet as far as I am aware.

But for people that are signing up anyway this would be something free they otherwise wouldn't get,
This is for pre registering only. Assume there will be a monthly fee payable so probably shouldn't be in freebies
Can't wait for this as there aren't any cineworld cinemas in N-Ireland. I go to the odeon all the time so this will save me a fortune
Not a freebie.
Great freebie!
Would love if empire did something like this. Also the monthly fees doesn't include I max does it ?
Thanks for the heads up on this! I just checked my email and saw it too. Registered and will see if it includes my cinema.

It was £17.50 a month or £99 for 6 months during the beta wasn't it? Hopefully pricing is similar to that.
Thanks for posting. I've signed up for the pre-register, we'll see what the offer is like. Anything around the £18 mark and I may sign up. ODEON is my local and charges £9.45 for standard 2D tickets (I just checked a 2pm start film).
I currently pay 17.50 a month as part of the beta which is still ongoing. That is for any seat at any time so of course depends on how often you go to the cinema and when (meerkat) to justify the fee. Also it wasn't available to book tickets online which was a pain.

Would help if you mentions where?
28000 unopened emails :-o
I've signed up for more information. Pricing will be key here and also if it can be used with Meerkat Movies like the Cineworld card can. My local ODEON charges £5 a ticket all day, every day. With Meerkat Movies, it's an absolute bargain to see a film, but the screen picture quality isn't as good as the nearest Vue or Showcase so I'd be put off being stuck with the poor quality screens.... we'll see!
my local odeons is a sh.t hole so it's only £4 per ticket so not really worth it 4 me b
My local is £12 a ticket so I would only need to go twice a month for this to be worth it. I would probably go 2-3 times a week. They might do a higher price for every screen within the M25.
If you go a lot, 18 a month isn't too bad, the average price at mine is £8+. Problem is there's rarely more than one film a month at the minute worth watching, so I'd never break even.
Probably loads of ts and cs , not to be used in Leicester Square , not to be used for premieres or opening release of blockbusters ! Would much rather use cineworld but there's not even much out this year that makes me want to go to cinema regularly
there aren't enough movies released for this to be a deal. I'd buy a one off monthly pass for £15 but anything more is overpriced given how badly cinemas need consumers these days.
I pay this for one ticket when I use the gallery seating experience - doubt that would be included, if it was - I'm in
Any chance the BFI Imax will be included with perhaps a premium version of the offer?

I never understand why they don't have two pricing tiers id pay £25pm for inc superscreen/imax/4dx
A shame they have made it more expensive than Cineworld's Unlimited Card - if it was cheaper, they could have convinced a lot people to change over. I actually live closer to an Odeon but rarely use it due to having a Cineworld card.

Exactly! What has Odeon been playing at for the past few years?

There's an Odeon less than 2 miles from me, and Cineworld is over 20 miles. Yet I'm a Cineworld Unlimited card holder, and probably will continue to be if Odeon's price is anything like £18 a month.

Cineworld Unlimited is cheaper at £16.90 a month and comes with 25% off various restaurants.
Cineworld can also be had from Tesco Clubcard rewards for just £96 a year which is extremely good if you have the points.

I'd love to switch to Odeon instead of travelling 20 miles to watch a film, but if they're going to convince people to switch, they're going to have to seriously step up their game.

This is a shame, I got rid of my Cineworld card and started using Odeon cinemas instead as the fact that people actually PAY for their tickets means they actually want to see the films they go to. The unlimited cards mean people just rock up to anything and then sit talking, using phones, kicking you in the neck and stuff. Think I'll just save up an buy a projector
I was at the newly opened Odeon Orpington yesterday and saw the poster. It is £17.99 locally and £19.99 for Central London. And similar to Cineworld you need to sign up for a 12 month contract. I would have considered it, if the 12 month clause wasn't there.

I take it you ask every one who talks if they are a Cineworld Unlimited card holder to know this information?

As a cardholder for four and a bit years it's been a massive cost saver and great for me. Some screenings have a boisterous crowd, some are silent or empty but it's got **** all to do with Unlimited cards. Go and see the new Marvel movie week 1 and there'll be phones and whispered conversations in any cinema regardless of monthly cards.
Do Cineworld cards have a photo on them? I have a couple of daughters at uni together and this could be handy. Hoping it may be transferrable (even if the T&c's indicate otherwise).
If there is a photo requirement it wouldn't work for what I'm thinking.....they're not twins!
Yes they have a photo and the cineworld I use has gotten hotter at checking them.
I assume limitless is only for standard seats? can you pay a quid extra for premium?
Don't suppose anyone knows how much one of these will be for a child?
As long as it's not home cinema only (kind of implied in the trial) I will give it s go as the Manchester and Liverpool ones are 10+ when I use those and only tend to have time at the weekend.
Its a con, more university graduates in the Odeon head quarters trying to baffle us with science , like the b.o.g.o.f's
Cine world can be had for 144 for the year, Orson need to compete with that price Imho
