Bit of a kick in the teeth for us Limitless card holders this. There's barely enough on at the moment to go twice a month so it would be cheaper to cancel my Limitless and take advantage of this offer until all this is over. It's a fine line between wanting to support my local cinema and throwing money down the drain each month.

However, heat added because regardless of that this is a good deal.
If only companies cared so much for their customers in the good times...

Don’t think I’ll be renewing mine after it runs out as been a yearly customer for 3 years now but they’ve haven’t been great at handling things during t he pandemic as you only have to look at Twitter the amount of people that want to cancel their cards.

Even monthly customers are having problems too as they’ve had money taken off them and being told up to 4 weeks for a refund but if they’ve cancelled the direct debit then Hartlands who do their payments immediately threaten for the money when they are owed money for payments being taken
Ours has been £5 every day for years.

Surely you can understand this isn't their fault if movie release dates are being moved forward. They did freeze our membership during the closure.

I know the film releases aren’t their fault it’s just the poor customer service saying they’ll freeze the account on twitter then receive an email 2 weeks later saying I’ve been misinformed that my pre paid yearly account can’t be frozen
Until they invent a mask that a glasses wearer can sit in for 2 hours and not miss half the movie, not for me. But heat.

I too am fed up with their service. My annual limitless started in February so I got about a months usage before lockdown. To be fair they did freeze it for a while but started it again (without telling me) when the cinemas opened back up in England (I'm in Scotland). I've only been once since and now the nearest multiplex is only open on weekends which is useless to me. I'm not asking for my money back, just freeze it again until they actually have something to watch on and the cinema is open.
Great but which movie to watch ? After Cineworld Odeon will fall soon
I got to be honest, but sitting in a cinema right now would be the last thing I'd do with the virus on the rampage at the moment. I do miss the cinema though

My youngest has a limitless card, and has seen Tenet six times, so getting their money's worth.

I completely agree as I felt exactly the same when Cineworlds last throw of the dice was £4 movies; with so little to see there was no point in my Unlimited card.

I'm actually glad that CW has closed as these months will be added to my subscription if/when they do open.

Even though Odeon have dropped the price to £4 there is literally nothing for me to watch and that's depressing.
I wonder if Surrey Quays one had time to clean their seats through the lockdown...

Why are none of the cinema chains not showing older classics?? I paid £3 to see empire strikes back in my local cinema and would gladly pay a fiver to watch some classics..

And I guess, he still doesn't understand it?

I'm waiting until I can stream it with subtitles so I know what the characters are actually saying!
Is that to watch the movie on Zoom or MS teams??

They're just obsessed with it, and have even bought the script, so knowing the words is no problem.

At my age I'm avoiding the cinema, so also waiting until I can stream.
