wild camping.

Super lightweight and sturdy with a tiny pack size, the OEX Phoxx EV 1 tent has been made for quick, easy shelter when you're on the move.

It's made from a tough Nylon 30D / 270T fabric core, coated inside with PU (Polyurethane) to aid strength, waterproofing and seam sealing. On the outside, a SI (Silicone) membrane provides a flexible, highly water-resistant coating that beads water droplets whilst still flexing in heavy windy conditions. Its lower HH rating and weight don't translate to it being less waterproof in real conditions, and the slippery outer surface helps to shed snow too.

You can also choose to pitch it using the inner only, giving you lightweight insect protection if you're 'fair weather' camping.

The Yunan T6 tent poles will perform in all conditions and last for season after season, while the low-profile streamlined design, robust flysheet and groundsheet mean it's tough enough for stormy weather and light and easy enough to take with you on any adventure.

Amused by the reviews moaning it's 200g heavier than advertised.
Good deal - voted hot
Good price, but try it 1st. Very low profile, no headroom, almost need to lay down on the ground outside first to get in.
Decent price for a lightweight tent, though personally if I was shopping for budget ultralight tents I'd be looking at the Chinese options... only 10 or 20 quid more than this gets you a Naturehike Cloudup 1 (a tad heavier, but more livable), or for anyone who hikes with poles (you should) a 3F-UL Lanshan 1 at under 900g. Both are well regarded, and there are a bunch of other good options on AliEx too. Still, giving this one heat as it'll do the job for some.

Lanshan 1 suffers from condensation terribly! Been there & got the T shirt ... Tried the Lanshan 2 and much better regards condensation and also lots more room for not much more weight!

Lived in a similar sized tent for 7 months on a cycle tour and farm. No problem as long as you are not 6'7+.

Ah, good info about the Lanshan 1, though I believe they changed the design a bit for the 2019 model so might be better (or might not)... I also have a Lanshan 2... absolutely cracking tent for the money. The Flames Creed trailstar knockoff is an interesting one too... paired with a decent inner it's a palace. Aliex is certainly a goldmine for outdoors bargains.
