About this deal

To find Hare Fares, search for an off peak day return journey on the Greater Anglia network, for travel between 24th January to 26 March. Offer ends 12th February.

How much are Hare Fares?
There are 3 zonal prices for Hare Fares which are based on the distance you travel. These are £10, £15 or £20 return and can offer massive savings over the normal off-peak fares. The best thing is there is no limit on the number of tickets you can buy. All you need to do is book by 12th February!

Journeys are the same price for the opposite direction.

Kids go for £2 Hare Fares are great value for families.

Up to 2 kids (per adult) aged 5-15 can get a Hare Fare for just £2 each and children under 5 years old can travel for free.

Where can I go and when?
Hare Fares are off peak journeys between any two stations on the Greater Anglia network.

The best thing about off peak tickets is that you can catch any off peak train on the date shown on your ticket. These are trains outside of our peak hour restrictions, and they only apply on weekdays. That means you can get any train at weekends!

See our terms and conditions for the off peak times that you can travel using a Hare Fare.

Are any journeys excluded from this offer?
Our online Hare Fares apply to all Greater Anglia journeys except those wholly within the Oyster PAYG area, and Stansted Express services between London. Stratford, Tottenham Hale and Stansted Airport. The offer also excludes Travelcard tickets.

No break of journey is allowed. For example, if you have a Norwich to London ticket, you can’t stop off at Colchester for a couple of hours and then get back on and continue into London.

Can I use a railcard? (or other discounts)
Sorry, Railcards and other discounts are not available with this offer. However, up to 2 kids aged 5-15 can travel for £2 a pop with an adult.

Great offer, this is my line and I was heading into London yesterday. found a £15 return instead of the normal £30+ cost. If the off peak prices were more affordable like that I'd use the trains more, normally the fares make the the travel into work not worth the bother!

The new train seats are rock hard and uncomfortable. 2 hours to London really sucks now

Thanks but Only for off peak travel.
Using this line since last 11 months. One of the worst train line. Always off for maintenance and most of the weekends not working.
