if you buy it now, it'll add another 12 months to you existing subscription, you could buy 3 of these and get 3 years plus your existing subscription.
Decent price, nearly as good as the wonderful £39.99 5 user deal a couple years ago

Exactly this. Add the code and you can extend your existing membership another year. Think the max is 4 years.
Great deal considering the 6TB of cloud storage included.
Also, if you already have an active subscription, turn ON auto renew, no charge is made, a free month should be applied for using autorenew, then an hour later turn OFF autorenew and the free month remains and you're back to manual renewal.

Hmm 15 mins and no comments about the free alternatives

Pretty much everything on this site can be free if you're so inclined. We're here for legal deals.

Always worked fine for me. I buy 2-3 years at a time and never had a problem stacking them.
This will work on Mac as well right? (Despite it being missing)
If you have a child at school in Wales they now get free O365 through their Hwb account. Login to Hwb, go to Office 365 and install the software.

yeah I’ve just done it, it stacks fine. You just log into your Microsoft account, go to your subscription, and click redeem a code.
Rip off. Subscriptions work out vastly more expensive than a one off payment. Microsoft just want you on a perpetual gravy train.

Does that one-off payment include 1TB of cloud-storage and syncing?

For those that want off-site storage, this price gives you a saving over Dropbox plus Office 365 'free'.

Not sure why the deal was expired. Still available and showing as £47.99 in checkout for me.

Do they though?

I'm paying less now for the whole office suite, plus 5Tb storage, than I was paying Dropbox for just 1Tb storage.

Plus Office standalone used to cost hundreds of pounds. (£500??) At £47.99 a year, it seems insanely cheap tbh (for effectively 5 licences that would have previously cost > £2000 :/ )

yep. i was always against this anual payment against buying outright, however being able to use on multiple machines, i'm on 5 atm coupled with the fact (i just found out) that you can stack multiple years so just buy when its on offer means i'm paying around £9 per machine per year. Now i can buy office 2019 for £85 but limited to one machine means my laptop would have to last 10 years to make it viable. Now i doubt it will or that i will want to keep it for 10 years. So i was on the side of outright ownership i've now converted to 365!!
I have an Office 365 Home subscription running through until 07/12/2021. I have 3 spare slots which each includes 1TB of cloud storage, 60 minutes of Skype world minutes and of course the full Office 365 suite.

£12 per year for whoever is interested
