Isn't this the company that start sending you coins each …Isn't this the company that start sending you coins each monthhttps://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.westminstercollection.com

Yes, and they start taking money out of your account.

Anyone who thinks this is a good deal should really read the reviews.

What is it then?

Token. If it has no state of issue or denomination it can't be a coin
The reviews and responses to the reviews should give you more than enough reason to not bother.

Yes because they start sending you extra coins and charging you full whack for them once you take up this offer.

No they don't, this is not part of any collection, it's a one off purchase and no further coins will be sent.
The bad trust pilot reviews are from people who order a coin that is part of a collection and don't read that when ordering.
Last coin from these people was sent without me even confirming the order '' Changed my mind at checkout'' They're still trying to get the money a year later.
I've used Westminster for years. They only send you coins you don't request if u agree to start with by ordering from the collections.
They will however send you letters in the post and emails twice an hour! The point of this for them is to get more spam out and increase potential client base. If u like it go for it!
Coin? Why would Hogwarts use their own currency if you can’t use it outside the Keep. Do they have Boots and River Island outlet inside now? I wonder.

I've seen it before where a family member ordered a 1 off commemorative coin from them and not long after, out of the blue they had 2 more coins relevant to the subject of the commemorative coin arrive and when they had their bank statement through, they saw they had been charged over £40.

They then sent all coins back for a refund and to cancel it all. In the time of them waiting for this refund, another coin arrived and they'd been charged for that one too (£27).

I think it was a 1 off royal wedding coin they went for and then were sent coins from a royal collection, 1 with the queen on it, 1 of the queen mother and I can't remember the other one.

I bought this back in February. Its a nice little gift for a Harry Potter fan. I have never had money taken out (subscription) or other coins sent to me. However they do send a lot of emails and letters in the post but you can easily opt out. You can also delete payment cards if you're still worried.
Been using Westminster Collection for years. Had no issues at all. This is not a subscription.
If this was in a shop I was in I would buy it(for a gift) without a doubt it's a nice little trinket for any Potter fan, but from this place I wouldn't touch it if it was free
It's not a coin it's not "official" They are basically phishing for email addresses and bank details, avoid like Covid 19!

Yes it is official, and I really hope even you believe that Covid 19 is to be avoided more than a 99p token.

I'm curious how so many people didn't realise they were signing up to a subscription, or if the company is being very sneaky.

Certainly seems odd that they're performing credit checks and seemingly pretending that the customer hasn't sent their item back for a refund.

Hey all Thanks for the feedback in the thread here.

I've had a look and it seems that some items on their site are part of a subscription but this one here isn't.

This might help - westminstercollection.com/cus…spx

That link also helps with returns.

Ok it's licensed by Warner Bros so that's official but other than that it's just a printed disc not a coin, you can find lots of official Potter stuff for a quid on EBay and in cheap shops + I have nothing against this item for a quid it's the company that's the problem

It's still not worth 99p.

Fair enough. I've saved 99p so this is a good deal
Cold! I took this “coin” to Diagon alley at Universal Orlando and the chap behind the counter said this isn’t a form of currency sir, so I return this “token” back to them for a full refund!
This has got me thinking, They should make a 99p coin.

Just send me 98p and keep the penny - you'll be glad you did!
Ordered. Paid. Deleted payment details from website. No chance of them taking extra money then.
Another one for Trading Standards.

This site needs such a button in order to pass on evidence for an investigation.
Ordered and deleted payment option a month ago and today 4 coins and an album turned up with a demand for £23 . Went online checked and it said I had a subscription for it but was never asked or told. Cancel your subscription if you receive any more, even though you never entered into anything.
