That's not an explanation of anything.

It was before the comments were moderated. Unfortunately, the mods are a bit heavy handed on this site. Like everyone else these days, they're oh-so easily offended.

If your realy want your child to look like a heartless scumbag. These clubs must be sold or bankrupted, come on scousers empty stadium when it reopens until the yanky scabs sell up. Same goes for NUFC and Spurs, do your bit, empty stadiums and no season ticket renewal until they sell. Every football fan in the country will support you.

YNWA, unless of course you not one of the higher earners at the club otherwise you are walking alone to receive state handouts. Even with the u turn a despicable club showing its true colours, greed.

I'm confused , Liverpool have not gone thru with the furlough scheme but they're still despicable , please explain
I admired Liverpool for the way they have played last 2 seasons but I think they stink now with the furlough messup....Wealthy club grabbing state handouts which we will ultimately have to pay for through tax.

Outside pressure forced their hands, original decision was led by greed.

But the decision was reversed so how are they still despicable for something they havnt actually done
I'm also baffled as to why so many so called haters of Liverpool comment on anything associated with Liverpool , if you hate them so much why take the time to comment , just simply scroll past , unless it's jealousy and not hatred

When u at the top then everyone wants 2 hate,i used to be the same then i grew up and realised despite how much i love my team that their are more important things in life

Actually Untill this I had no problem with Liverpool and still don't. Its the scumbags that bought the club I dislike. If success and trophies are worth more than the soul of one of the greatest football clubs of all time then there fans truly are not the people I have always thought them to be.
You can make excuses all you like but the intention was there and that is enough.

Can't see anywhere on here were I've made any excuses , if you take the time to read some stuff you will see alot of the Liverpool team have said football comes a very distant second to this so trophies and success wouldn't matter , getting this sorted out is too of the agenda , any trophy or success after that's a bonus
I am fairly neutral when it comes to footie. Watched city win the league with style and pleased to see it (less pleased with FIFA fairplay). Ditto Liverpool - absolutely stellar performance this season! But what is all this rubbish about they didn't take furlough benefits? The only reason they didn't was because there was such a public outcry. Don't try and excuse the indefensible - google it if you don't believe me......

like i said the intention was there, not the club not the players but the owners. LFC is more than a ground and team . Like every other football team its about the fans and the soul of the club. Unfortunately it is owned by soul less scumbags and the only peole who can change it are the fans. No season ticket sales and an empty stadium would force them to sell. Short time pain for the soul of one of the greatest football clubs in history. In my opinion a small price to pay.

You've got space there to put 6 European cups

So has the LFC trophy cabinet....

But that's empty
