Sure there are cheaper copies, but if you`re one of those people that like official and legit stuff, good deal as they're usually £19.99
Every penny counts!!

Ok if you want the official one, but I went for the double one with charger for £15 from currys. I'm chuffed with it.

I got a double charger dock with 2 rechargable battery packs for £9.99 on ebay. Works excellent and very quick charge. No need to pay over the top just for a brand name.

Any good places to get the 360 one does anyone know? Wasn't massively impressed by the Game version.

I have a cheaper brand double charge and play kit (orb) and when online in party chat whoevers battery is charging while in party it makes a constant humming/buzzing noise, i told a friend his mic is buzzing and he has the original xboxone play and charge kit .. Il leave it for that reason .. Was after one aswell but no point

I think I saw them for this price in store at Sainsburys too.

I ran it through flubit to get it for £15, I preferred to get the official one as it lasts for around 30 hours. I did consider the Venom dock which lasts 18 hours but the charger doesn't auto-shut off so will damage the life of the battery over time. Last one I looked at were the Orb dock, the dock itself is great as it has the auto-shut off features when charged but the batteries used are only rated for ten hours, that's no use to me as I use a headset which also drains the batteries, these wouldn't even last through me one longer gaming session.

It was £8 last week, I got one for my daughter

yes its offical too

Wow even on offer these costs more than a wired 360 controller! Mental, can't believe play and charge kits still exist.
Either way, a deals a deal, heat added

I understand where you're coming from but I think technology is about as far as it can go with wireless controllers.

Maybe the top of the console becomes a charging area, a little like wireless charging on mobile phones. Other Options are:

A wired controller (do they do one for the Xbox One?)
People using rechargeable AA batteries in the controller, usually charging 2 while using 2.
A good old play n charge kit. I'm VERY impressed with the time that the battery lasts. Very rarely seems like I'm charging the thing!

Official. Okay. But legit? Come on.
Just because something isnt official, it certainly doesnt mean it isnt legitimate. Or have I taken your comment too seriously?

I don't know how good the xbone play&charge kits are, but my official xbox360 version was terrible in terms of battery life and discharge rate. I was much better off getting a good set of rechargeable LSD batteries, such as vapextech or eneloops. Two vapextech double AAs would last me weeks in a 360 controller.
