Thanks for posting. Another controller for the collection. Ordered.

Same here. Great deal. There's been a glitch in the lazy coding of the matrix bcos I said to myself this morning I wanted this controller.

P.s. Heat. And ordered. Cheers.

Lunar white is my favourite (and I have an elite). Some of the recent ones have had the same grip on the back - it's better than the 'dimples'. Each to their own though!

I've not read their review, it's just on Amazon's description.
I think the texture (feel/grip) varies but they may just have been referring to the design.

Official controllers have been £35+ ever since they went wireless in 2005 or so...

I remember Streetfighter and Starfox on the SNES costing 70 quids and Virtua Racing on the Mega Drive costing 60 quid about a quarter of a century ago yet many gamers moan about 30 or 40 quid now and that's not just the youngers either!

I would put it out there that 35 to 40 quid for a solid first party controller is actually good value in 2017, I collect them and have spent four times that on say the GoW edition Elite Controller.

I'd go as far as to say this was a bargain hence I bit myself but its status is now saying "Arriving 1 Nov - 6 Nov Not yet dispatched" which is a bit vague for Amazon.

Still in stock! …Still in stock! https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B01N6L85LU/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new

Up to a bully though, that 40 quid touch is no more.....I should say I never fully believe things will come back in stock when they were going at an exceptionally cheap price, had that happen quite a few times on Amazon

Just looked and there's two Amiibo, one book and a BT broadband extender kit orders been cancelled by them on my account in just the last few months so I can't say the same.

It's pretty disappointing as we fully subscribe to Prime annually, order a fair whack off the subscribe and save service each month too but it is what it is and there's nothing one can do

I would say that it was a very good price considering what they're normally going for.
But at the same time, I would kind of agree with the sentiment that Xb1 controllers are a little overpriced for what they offer.
The DS4 controller is a more feature rich controller but they're priced very similarly. The DS4 has a touchpad, gyroscope and lithium-ion battery, what it lacks is impulse triggers. A big knock I had against the DS4 was crap PC support but they've largely fixed that with Steam Support and stuff.

I just wanted an xb1 pad for PC to replace my 360 pad, I like the general layout better and Xinput is better than whatever they implemented for DS4 on PC.
Xb1 pads "should" be cheaper but it is what it is, so I went ahead and bought it.
