How much these cost to run? Is it worth buying one over using central heating?

Me too, were yours dented? All mine were.

How about convection heaters?

Rule of thumb is what source of energy it uses. Electricity is usually the most expensive.

The only exception could be if this allows you to not heat the whole house and just use it for a small room instead.

Mine were all dented, but the £7 price tag I was more than happy with whatever I received. I ordered 4 r as radiators. 2 were badly dented and the other two were somewhat dented.

Same here, was just happy to get some so cheap, but dont remember it stating damaged. Thought i was just unlucky.

But with central heating down, heaters have been a godsend, kept house warm so far on first heat setting. Bargain.

Thats what im hoping. Just heating one room at a time, rather than whole house, might keep the bill down a bit.
Isn’t this a pretty normal price for one of these?
