I’d just buy a jar of shea butter than this overpriced cream. I don’t know …I’d just buy a jar of shea butter than this overpriced cream. I don’t know why’s it’s so hyped.

Probably because it WORKS! and works WELL! Heat added.

Overpriced? You literally use the tiniest amount. A little goes a long way, you should be an expert at that the jar lasts ages and actually works.

Most prob because it workes well, plus shea butter is no good on your hands if you have a nut allergy or if you use it and handle something to someone who has a nut allergy.

You can use on feet as its the same ingredients but like a member said you can get it for feet (same but in a blue tub)

Don’t use this as lube. Doesn’t work well.

As a cleaner I can recommend this, best one I've ever used, you really do need only a small amount. Apply before working & also before you go to bed.

Can’t say I enjoyed this stuff, I work in hospitality and get dry hands from doing dishes etc… it was good in the sense that it didn’t leave greasy residue once absorbed, but I didn’t think it did much in terms of moisturising, plus I think I recall it stings like hell on any dry cracked areas between fingers. Must work for lots of other folks though as always very popular on here. Best one I’ve used lately was Garnier Intensive Shea butter off Amazon, cheap and cheerful…

it's brilliant for any builder / labourer (any worker who works with their hands who has dry or cut hands) even my wife uses this stuff

This is the only thing that works for me. I've tried to go the natural route, but this is the very best I have found

Speaking as an expert (I have two hands that use this and have done for a good while) it’s the best out there.

What makes it work any better than other stuff? Always see this stuff and wonder why it's so expensive.

Boots does it for the same price or cheaper if you want two (4.66 each) or 3 (4.32 each) plus student discount (10%) if you have.

I don't think it is better than most other moisturisers, it works, but no better. And it is more expensive than a lot of rivals. The Astral cream works just as well and is cheaper per ml than this.

Morrisons had these for £4 each before Christmas. Stocked up on a few. Works for me - just before bed every night

The stuff is amazing. My dad worked in a semi open car garage for 35 years and his hands were always terrible and regardless of how long he had off on holiday they never recovered (Big black cracks all over his hands). Within a week of using this his hands were completely healed and wiped away decades of abuse

I thought it was just me, but I've tried this product twice now & it's done absolutely nothing for me

Have to say I'm somewhat shocked to see people doubting the efficacy of this stuff.

I get really dry hands over the winter, especially when I do a lot of hand washing etc.

My hands crack, split, look like proper old person hands.

If I use working hands before bed each night, they're like new in a couple of days.
It's massively effective, and certainly much moreso than a lot of the wife's more fancy stuff I've tried.
Does sting like anything when you apply it to split hands though!

This is just generic unscented hand cream, of course it works lol, let people spend a fortune on it. I just love the irony that it always gets heat on this website when you could just pop into a chemist and get the exact same thing that’s five times the size and still half the price.

Its all about constant use. People (and I include myself) expect miracles to happen when you apply it first time. I hate the greasy feel of anything on my hands and yes, it absolutely stings when you put in on cracked skin
