I'm unemployed, can I use it?
Really good stuff. The only thing that's worked for me. Improved my eczema more than steroid ointment. My G.P is a fan of it

A bit much for a bit of hand cream

Lasts ages, and is top quality stuff, would happily pay a tenner for it

Price is now lower at £6.99. Not sure why its showing at £8.09 for you?

Because it was obviously put up to £8.09 before getting dropped again

Just ordered two at £6.99 each. Thanks
Looking to get a hand cream as my knuckes are getting chapped and the bits between my fingers are splitting. Would I be better off with this stuff, Sudocrem or Savlon? Or just a case of seeing which works best for me?

Can't seem to find St ives 24 hour body lotion these days in a local supermarket. Think I bought some years ago from Tesco or Asda. That used to be decent for dry skin areas like elbows and hands.

This will fix it. My knuckles and fingers crack and bleed every winter. This stuff fixed it. It even worked on cracked heels. Put it on overnight for best effect. Cannot recommend this highly enough, especially at this price! Thanks OP
Been using this for a year now, it has slightly improved parts but not all of my hands, I still get hacks between the joints of my fingers and rough areas, have to say though it is better than double base and zero base. just need to try the feet one and see if it is any good.
£11.48 incl delivery, just checked Boots and noticed it at £10.12, so for anyone that would rather pick it up and save a few pennies go to boots.

I would recommend this all day long. Acts as a barrier too. You can still feel it on your hands for hours after applying. Contains urea (pee ) which is, believe it or not, a great thing

Thanks. I ordered one this afternoon. Did buy a Lidl intense hand cream today for about 79p. I will give that a go shortly. Bought a 24hr body lotion for my elbows in Lidl for £1.05- cocoa one with coconut oil. If it doesn't work I may smell OK but then I may start getting hungry from the smell!
Doesn't look like a jar to me.
Voted hot! Going to purchase the boots deal on this
Thanks ordered! Hot
Wife bought this for me yesterday, brilliant stuff, Heat

Couldn't disagree more. Sorted mine out brilliantly. My G.P prefers me using this to betnovate.

Not used the hand cream but if it’s half as good as the blue tub of foot cream I can recommend.
I use this and find it works really well for me
This is a temp fix. As soon as the creams dried up your desert like hands are back and dryer than every... Been using it 8 months. It does last but unfortunately doesn't do the trick permanently
Thanks got it for £6.49

Instead of this i've been recommended cows udder cream

I use it every day as I work in a kitchen, so plenty of rough, dry, split, chapped skin and it honestly soothes and sorts my skin out after a day off or 2. Hope it works out for you if you do get some..
£6.61 for me, heat added thanks
