Bear in mind that you have to apply the plonker-filter with 1 star reviews.

There's one I just saw that gave it 1* because it wouldn't accept their 64GB SD Card, despite the listing clearly stating 32GB max support.

On the same token, camel shows that it's never been more than £33.99, and seems to average around £25-26. You can't pay that for a Dash Cam and expect high quality 60FPS 1080p.

I have used it. Reviews would be dodgy but this dash cam serves the purpose.

Yeah, and there are also people who have posted footage from the dash cam and you can’t read number plates on a car that’s a few meters away. So if you actually need the footage say if somebody crashes into you and drives off, it is worthless.

If ya gonna buy a dashcam you need quality. I had a cheap one that claimed to be full hd. It wasn't even crap sd. Sent it back and bought a transcend. Quality video. Worth the extra.
False economy on these.
any recommendations for a half decent dashcam without spending a fortune (say under the £100 mark... if you can get something good for under a ton?)

I'm pleased with my Viofo A119 v2 which is one of the more discreet dashcams - usually around £70-£80 with GPS option
