Oldham won it last kick of the game after beckford denied at other end, dont like beckford anyway so good (highfive)

What's all that about now - the referee carrying a spray can on the back of his shorts and graffiting on the pitch ? Modern day vandalism for everyone to see 👎

Its killed the game mate

Ooops, changed

I shall be there supporting my local team Bury F.C. . Who needs the premier league ? Division 1 real football x

I'm not sure to be honest. You can get them by calling the ticket office and I'm sure yesterday it said they'd be online. Not actually and Oldham fan myself just thought this would appeal to some

Can you not get these tickets online? Seems like bradford is the only game you can buy.

Applies to both home and away fans.

well done Olham for offering good deal again ,to bring children to football,as once they get the bug of watching football they tend to want to go all the time.

I remember getting tickets for free for "little old Bournemouth" and sticking what change I had for sweets in the players buckets instead and now next season I will be out priced for a season ticket due to huge demand for are small 12000 seater brilliant deal for small clubs it keeps them going

Cheltenham Town offer free season tickets to under-11's and have done for the past 2 seasons. Unfortunately that has been the value of the season ticket too as relegation has already been confirmed whilst playing awful, awful football!

Complete agree with you. And its good that you like league 1 anyway, because its where you're staying! ;)

Well done Oldham. ;)

It was a cracking game last night. They played some great stuff and should have won it. But yes, the two goals conceded were poor!

It would be nice if latics could defend! Last nights performance was abysmal. 2 shocking goals they should have easily defended.

Here you go. Own goal, sweet goal and a rare long ball for a penalty. Sheffield United fans look away now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mu2LU7jFPqE&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Play with wingers and (usually) try to keep it on the deck. I think Dave Penney was in charge for that 0-0 game. Just about the most horrible season of football I've ever watched. Paul Dickov is a much more refreshing manager and they do try and play the game the right way. It doesn't always work, but the players give it a go. Ask Liverpool fans what they thought ... led at Anfield for 66 seconds and played some really good stuff there. Strange statistic: Latics have committed fewer fouls than any other side in League One.

thanks for the advice guys - i haven't been to a latics game for a while due to travelling commitments - how are they playing these days - Long ball or are they at least trying to pass the ball? - last game i saw was away to Charlton a couple of years back 0-0 - latics were awful in that game

Book by phone or pay on the turnstile. Great deal.

Pretty sure you can pay over the phone on 0161 785 5150, don't think we have one of those futuristic online facilities but its much faster to just pay on the turnstile anyway. The queue at the ticket office can be quite slow moving so is best avoided but there really is no reason to go there unless you want to pay full price for the main stand upper. Great deal for anyone wanting to see live football.

Good deal. It's just a shame threads such as this always get spoiled by unfunny posters sneering at lower division clubs offering decent deals for their hard-pressed fans. There is life outside the Premiership and in general it's much more honest and much better value.

Quality deal. I am a DCFC season ticket holder & loved watching Kuqi when we had him on loan, also Dickov. Great work etchic. I always look for their result.

Minor adjustment made!

This is a great deal and just goes to show how football has changed in the last 10 years. Good on Oldham for keeping it real and for getting the prices down for kids to watch. OK, it's not the Premiership but at I'd rather my kids grew up watching and supporting their local team not a bunch of foreign imports bought by overseas investors. Keep football real. Well done Oldham.

oops :p hot deal btw, wish more teams would do this (_;)

Hot from me. Great deal! OWTB :p

Good offer. Everyone should take this chance to support their local team. £2 in. No Man Utd playing on the tele. City are away in the Europa League and kick off at 17:00, which gives yo0u time to watch that game in the pub then skip over to Boundary Park to cheers on the Latics.

what from the opposition ps. you carlisle fans this might be your wembley after the thumping the terriers will give you tonight. :{

You might get a 14th game out of this one. Oldham v Swindon on Saturday has been called off.

Difference is your tripe. Oldham play football not hoofball.

Plenty of room for them to run around with a near empty ground.

Brilliant deal, as an Oldham fan in exile Id purchase too and travel the width of the country but as mentioned, its not really much of a deal for the adults.

From Oldham myself. I would be an avid Oldham Athletic Supporter today, if it wasn't for the tirade of racial abuse I recieved when I went as an 'ickle' lad. (Still find myself checking their results) Love the rest of the Oldhamers and the Town.

I would like to donate my tickets to Paul Scholes (and his son) who is a dedicated Oldham Athletic fan and who has gone through some tough times with injuries lately. The fact that he showed that he's still a master at the art of passing against Aalborg has nothing to do with it - honest! (I'm a Man City fan by the way)
