Ashwagandha isn't a fad or con.

Ashwagandha isn't a fad or con.

I actually take it back, randomised double-blind, placebo-controlled studies are showing some significant differences. There looks to be something in it. However more research is needed by UK based medical professionals and with less reliance on self reported measures. That said you appear to be right. The research looks promising for stress, anxiety, low sperm count, vo2 max etc.
Indian medicine i.e. Ayurveda is not a fad. I've been using many of their preparations and I have found they do provide benefit, whether it is placebo effect or not cannot be substantiated. I have seen this same make Ashwaganda drink on sale in my local Home Bargains, but I never have it a try to see how it tastes.

Plenty of Indian herbs are concentrated with the use of heavy metals. How legit is the firm selling this? What about actual bioavailability.

KSM-66 ashwagandha is the most researched form and the type of ashwagandha where the clinical studies that make the claims come from, ksm-66 is ksm-66 as it a patented ingredient.

And the bioavailability is perfectly fine? Why would a lower dosed drink work better? This is 600mg.

Olimp is a massive company and this is stocked at all GOOD supplement stores.

£8.29 for a 30 day supply as well.

Yeah I'm not claiming the drink is better, just trying to see whether the supplement is safe and effective. Bioavailability would refer to if the ksm-66 form is a highly absorbable form to bring on the advantageous effects.

Well of course it's safe and effective, read the clinical studies.
