Good price onlyme23, thanks

Cheaper to refill than buying cartridges.

not sure if it's changed, but Olivetti printers come with full cartridges.

Well, my AnyWay Photo Wireless did, anyway

They do.. but hard to find replacements at cheap prices. Hence the option of cheap refills

any more info on the refills?

What an ugly printer, tempted to vote cold. ;-)

Cartridges £23 each.

High price although worth noting that the balck one comes with 20ml of ink (my HP one comes with 5ml for approx £13!!). If these do indeed come with full carts, way cheaper to buy a new printer (although terrible for the environment, I suppose). Voted hot.

Is it wi fi? if not whats the antennas for?

regards Adey

Cheap printers don't last long anyway, I've bought numerous all in ones from lexmark etc and all have gone wrong in one way or another (not taking the paper, refusing to print at all! etc) so for this price buy, use it, once ink runs out it probably hasn't got much life left anyways then just buy another one! for £20 you can't go wrong! long as it DOES come with the cartridges.

The government need to do something about printers & ink cartridges (not sure what though?), it's ridiculous that so many printers are cheaper to buy than to replace the inks making them disposable, so bad for the landfill.

was tempted to buy this to last until new year then bin it and get a decent one in sales but it doesnt appear to work with vista after a quick search on google

Vista drivers on Olivetti website.

The 'aerials' are the device to hold the paper up straight! There are WiFi and Bluetooth options. I think this is neither, just the plain "Simple Way" model.

My Brother cartridges cost £8 for original cartridges with 21.5ml of ink

They do a nice all-in-one range, though rather more than this.

This would be a good buy if you don't want to do much printing.

Worked ok until ink ran out .

Not worth buying replacement ink because of exhorbitant cost compared to new printer complete with ink.

Have they got a chip on the cartridge to stop refilling????????

Try and get proper ink for them .Computer fair Universal ink just blocks the colour up and cant seem to get it to work anymore after refilling.

They are good for fence post support along with fast setting concrete.

Mine has been laid to rest.

STAY AWAY.

BUY AN HP.Even their cheapest will outlast all the other cheap rubbish on the market

At least HP printers they only show empty when refilled but dont stop printing.

All right if you just want to fill a hole in ground buying throw away printers because of the cost of ink.
Lots of manufacturers only care about profit from ink and nobody repairs printers any more they are swapped and the old ones recycled.

Wait till argos have cleared their stock and see if you can get the ink ANYWHERE

:-( :giggle: :-( :giggle: :-(

this printer doesn't include the bloody usb lead which is really annoying. where can i find the corresponding usb cable?

NO printers come with a USB cable these days. It should just be a standard one which you are probably using on your old printer?

my old printer is still at home which is why i bought one in the first place lol. also, annoyingly it says i have a printing job leftand can't install the software for that reason, how can i cancel this non-existant print job?

Just got one from Argos great deal for £20. My old brother printer off to the landfill as it has run out of ink.. This one will be the same way in about 6 months. I hate doing this sooo bad for the environment.

Why a are printer manufacturers so stupid they think you will keep them, and pay more than the price of a new printer for a cartridge when it runs out of ink ? .

unless it's a new model I thought replacement Ink cartridges for Brother printers were very cheap. Now if it was a Lexmark or HP printer I could understand .

so does t come with full ink cartridges?

Yes, Brother is cheap, and I would imagine better quality than this too, madness throwing it away.
