When you compare it to the £25 MJU 840 this seems expensive, but I guess its not bad?! Not voting just yet.

£25 mju 840 - umm, don't think so, try £120+. That camera is far inferior to this.

It was £25 from Sainsburys - try searching the forums before telling me I'm wrong

Not suggesting its better, or even close, but, like I said, it makes this look expensive in comparison.

In all seriousness, I do understand what you are trying to say, but it was such a throwaway comment by me in the first place that you seemed to big up, I stuck to my guns etc...

Appreciate that, but these are 2 vastly different kettles of fish -- the specs between the 2 are very different , not just in megamixels. It's actually a very decent underwater camera. Between your model and this there's 3 other models, the 850, 1010 and 1020.

Fairy Snuff.

I'll back away from the deal now, as I didn't really research anything about it anyway so thanks for the extra info.

I took one of these to Egypt, the pictures and video are amazing, I really would recommend them to anyone, they are a great camera and well worth the money !!.
